hote très gentil et accueillant, bonne literie dans les chambres mais petit bémol sur la 3 eme chambre , très petite environ 6 m2. maison agréable avec grande cuisine extérieure et belle vue.

Saša host impeccabile: reattivo, disponibile e sorridente. Vista mozzafiato, ambiente nel verde. La strada per arrivare alla struttura non è comodissima, ma si fa volentieri uno sforzo 😊 unica cosa da segnalare: l’acqua fredda viene con un getto molto debole e lo sciacquone impiega molto a ricaricarsi. Per il resto, nulla da dire. Consiglieremo sicuramente! Giorgia e Fabio

Das Apartment ist genau wie beschrieben und wie die Fotos es zeigen. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse unglaublich. Vesna hat uns freundlich empfangen und geholfen das Gepäck in das Apartment zu bringen. Man sollte aber schon gut Treppensteigen können,weil der Weg vom Apartment zum Parkplatz vom Auto etwa 90 Stufen hat. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit🙂

We absolutely loved the views from the apartment — they’re stunning! The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s just a quick 5-minute drive to a big supermarket, which was super convenient. The location is perfect for exploring Rijeka, Opatija, and the beautiful island of Krk.

Wir hatten sehr spontan gebucht. Stefanija empfing uns freundlich und wir bekamen sogar ein Gastgeschenk von ihr. Sie reagierte immer sehr schnell, wenn wir schrieben. Wir benötigen etwas länger, uns persönlich zu verständigen, da sie sehr wenig englisch verstand, aber das war kein Problem. Wir freuten uns jedes Mal, wenn die Katzen uns besuchen kamen und hatten ein paar ruhige und entspannte Tage dort verbracht. Die einzigen Mankos für uns waren, dass ein Toaster fehlte und leider hatten wir auch keinen Meerblick (aber das ist nur nebensächlich). Das für uns größte „Problem“ war, dass wir selbst mit unserem Kleinwagen nur schwer in den Stellplatz konnten, weil die ganze Straße zugeparkt war und man nur schwer ausholen konnte, dafür kann aber Stefanija natürlich nichts :) nur eine Anmerkung, falls Jemand mit größerem Auto anreist. Alles in allem eine Top Unterkunft und Stefanija ist ein super lieber Host :)

Suzana is one of the best hosts I've ever met. She was extremely friendly, and helpful, and gave us detailed information about all the beaches "she'd visit with her kid or not". She speaks at least English and German, so we didn't have communication issues. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of water and beer in the fridge. The apartments look freshly renovated, and everything is dazzling clean, and up-to-date. Our apartment had a wonderful sea view from the balcony where we had our breakfasts. The kitchen is fully equipped. Special thanks for the coffee machine:) The place is very quiet. If you close the shutters you risk sleeping till the evening so be careful:) Trees surround the house and we enjoyed sitting downstairs in the shadow. Three cats and turtles are living downstairs as well. So, if you have kids, expect them spending much time there. The closest beach is down the long stairs. The water was very clean. But use Suzana's advice and go to the one the beaches she recommends!

We had an incredible week-long stay at this apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient long stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to a cosy living space. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. But the highlight by far was the view from the balcony, absolutely breathtaking! We spent so much time out there just soaking it all in. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and we’re already looking forward to returning. If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Ein absoluter Traum – wir kommen wieder! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt unfassbar genossen! Es war der perfekte Ort, um abzuschalten und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Das Grundstück ist ein wahrer Traum – liebevoll gestaltet, weitläufig und einfach ideal zum Entspannen. Von Anfang an wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Fragen wurden jederzeit freundlich beantwortet, und wir hatten stets das Gefühl, gut aufgehoben zu sein. Man merkt, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail hier alles gestaltet wurde. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal.

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Im Whirlpool und auf der Terrasse lässt sich perfekt entspannen.

Wir waren in der Villa Quarnaro. Es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Haus ist super gepflegt, alles war sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Für uns zwei Gäste war das Bad der Wohnung gerade groß genug. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Unser Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung war traumhaft! Sowohl die Räumlichkeiten, als auch der Außenbereich waren sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe gemacht. Bei jeder Frage haben wir sofort eine qualifizierte Antwort und Hilfe bekommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder 🙏 Vielen lieben Dank für den netten Kontakt und die Freundlichkeit ❤️

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war liebevoll, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Check-in war sehr flexibel, obwohl sich unsere Ankunftszeit ständig verändert hat (aufgrund der Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, die im Stau standen…) Von der Stadt bis zum Appartement sind es einige Stufen zu laufen. Aber die sind das Appartement, der Garten, der Ausblick und die Gastgeberin wert!

Very beautiful place with everything someone might need for a prolonged stay. It's a short walk from city centre that has an uphill part that might be a problem to someone with physical disabilities. Host was very friendly and communicative. 10/10 ☆ would recommend to my friends and would like to visit again sometime!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und hatte uns sogar etwas Essen vorab besorgt da wir an einem Feiertag bei geschlossenen Geschäften ankamen. Für unsere Kinder hatte sie extra Spielzeug bereit gelegt was bei diesen auch super ankam. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl bei ihr und man kann es sich nicht besser wünschen. Das Gebäude liegt etwas am Hang was die Anfahrt etwas schwieriger macht und den Fußweg hoch vom Strand auch etwas beschwerlicher aber die Aussicht die man dafür hat ist es absolut wert und sonst bringt die Wohnung wirklich viele Möglichkeit. Der kleine Garten mit Grillstelle war auch super. Danke für alles!

Adriano ist a super Host! Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und gut verbindet mit der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr gut, der ist sehr nett und freundlich. Gerne weiterempfehlen!!!

Wonderful place. The flat is beautifully decorated, creates an amazing atmosphere and is well-equipped with everything you need for your holiday. A great plus is the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the very comfortable beds. We are glad we chose this place for our honeymoon. Great contact with the owners who were always there to help us. Highly recommend and would love to come back! :)

A comfortable choice for 2-4 people in close driving distance to Rijeka. The terrace was very nice and outside chairs and sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen has a lot of amenities and the two bedrooms are cozy enough with a lot of closet space. There is one main bathroom with a very comfortable shower and then a smaller nook with a WC and sink. A short drive to the most economical parking lot of Rijeka (Delta). A reasonable price for sure. The host accommodated our early check-in and offered us a later check-out if we needed it (which we didn’t)
