The road to get to the property is not very comfortable, but you are happy to make a 😊 unique effort to note: the cold water comes with a very weak jet and the flush takes a long time to recharge. The apartment is exactly as described and as the photos show. Everything was very clean. The views from the terrace are incredible. Vesna welcomed us and helped us bring the luggage into the apartment. However, you should be able to climb stairs well, because the path from the apartment to the parking lot from the car has about 90 steps. Thank you for the great time🙂

We absolutely loved the views from the apartment — they’re stunning! The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s just a quick 5-minute drive to a big supermarket, which was super convenient. The location is perfect for exploring Rijeka, Opatija, and the beautiful island of Krk.

We had booked very spontaneously. Stefanija kindly received us and we even got a guest gift from her. She was always very quick to respond when we wrote. We need a little longer to communicate in person as she understood very little English, but that was not an issue. We were happy every time the cats came to visit us and had spent a few quiet and relaxing days there. The only drawbacks for us were that a toaster was missing and unfortunately we didn't have a sea view either (but that's only incidental). The biggest "problem" for us was that even with our small car we could hardly enter the parking space because the whole street was parked and it was difficult to get out, but of course Stefanija can't do anything about it:) just a note in case someone arrives with a larger car. All in all, a top accommodation and Stefanija is a super nice host :)

Suzana is one of the best hosts I've ever met. She was extremely friendly, and helpful, and gave us detailed information about all the beaches "she'd visit with her kid or not". She speaks at least English and German, so we didn't have communication issues. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of water and beer in the fridge. The apartments look freshly renovated, and everything is dazzling clean, and up-to-date. Our apartment had a wonderful sea view from the balcony where we had our breakfasts. The kitchen is fully equipped. Special thanks for the coffee machine:) The place is very quiet. If you close the shutters you risk sleeping till the evening so be careful:) Trees surround the house and we enjoyed sitting downstairs in the shadow. Three cats and turtles are living downstairs as well. So, if you have kids, expect them spending much time there. The closest beach is down the long stairs. The water was very clean. But use Suzana's advice and go to the one the beaches she recommends!

We had an incredible week-long stay at this apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient long stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to a cosy living space. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. But the highlight by far was the view from the balcony, absolutely breathtaking! We spent so much time out there just soaking it all in. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and we’re already looking forward to returning. If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. An absolute dream – we'll be back! We enjoyed our stay incredibly! It was the perfect place to unwind and unwind. The property is a true dream – lovingly designed, spacious and simply ideal for relaxing. From the beginning, we received a warm welcome and immediately felt welcome. Questions were always answered in a friendly manner, and we always felt that we were in good hands. You can tell how much love for detail everything was designed here. We felt completely comfortable and are already looking forward to next time.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Very nice and clean apartment in a quiet location. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. You can relax perfectly in the hot tub and on the terrace.

We stayed at Villa Quarnaro. It looks exactly like the pictures. The house is super well maintained, everything was clean. We felt very comfortable. The hosts were also very friendly. We would gladly come back!

Very great house for a mountain escape!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Very beautiful place with everything someone might need for a prolonged stay. It's a short walk from city centre that has an uphill part that might be a problem to someone with physical disabilities. Host was very friendly and communicative. 10/10 ☆ would recommend to my friends and would like to visit again sometime!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja was a perfect host and even got us some food in advance as we arrived at closed shops on a public holiday. She had provided extra toys for our children, which was also great for them. We felt completely comfortable with her and you can't ask for better. The building is a little on the slope which makes getting there a little more difficult and the footpath high from the beach is also a bit more difficult but the view you have for it is absolutely worth it and otherwise the apartment really brings a lot of opportunity. The small garden with barbecue area was also great. Thank you for everything!

Just a great place to stay and would stay there again in the future

Wonderful place. The flat is beautifully decorated, creates an amazing atmosphere and is well-equipped with everything you need for your holiday. A great plus is the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the very comfortable beds. We are glad we chose this place for our honeymoon. Great contact with the owners who were always there to help us. Highly recommend and would love to come back! :)

A comfortable choice for 2-4 people in close driving distance to Rijeka. The terrace was very nice and outside chairs and sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen has a lot of amenities and the two bedrooms are cozy enough with a lot of closet space. There is one main bathroom with a very comfortable shower and then a smaller nook with a WC and sink. A short drive to the most economical parking lot of Rijeka (Delta). A reasonable price for sure. The host accommodated our early check-in and offered us a later check-out if we needed it (which we didn’t)
