Our apartment was recently completely renovated. Clean, bright, close to all amenities. Just a 150 m walking distance to the sea, beach, shops, restaurants, coffee-shops, tennis courts, children playground, bus terminal. Free, fast WiFi and Smart TV with more than 100 channels. Well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the city centre. On the ground floor there is a nice patio. Several parking places and garages are very close to the apartment.

Arty studio apartment (20m2), at the ground floor just on the side of the main street in the "contrada" of the small fisherman town Volosko, makes you feel welcome and at home, part of the daily life. The nice smell off hot coffee and pancakes wakes you in the morning. 20 stairs from your bed and you are on the beach. But, if you prefere to be apart you can choose one of many flat rocks on the see level and eventually a cormoran could be your neighbour

Habsburg (Lungomare - 12 km) that is filled with numerous beaches.
