5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. The beautiful, well-equipped apartment is centrally located and yet quiet. Left side leads to the city, where there are shops such as bakers, butchers, discount stores, hairdresser, pharmacy, restaurant, etc. The right leads directly to the lake, spa and restaurant. The bed is a bunk bed where 3 people can sleep. Freshly laundered bedding is available.

Our apartment is ideal for 2 people, it is also suitable for 4 people. It is full equipped. There is still something for you in the fridge :-) There is one double bed in the bedroom and an additional double bed (sofa-bed) in the kitchen. It is in the 3-rd floor in a very nice art Nouveau style house.
