Sowohl Kulmbach als auch Kronach sind in ca. 15 Autominuten zu erreichen, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustüre. Parkplätze sind kostenlos vorhanden. Es entstanden 3 geschmackvoll eingerichtete Gästewohnungen mit Sauna u. Kamin, die kaum Wünsche offen lassen. Die Unterkünfte befinden sich im idyllischen Schwarzenberg, direkt im historischen Altstadtzentrum. Alle Erledigungen können zu Fuß erfolgen. Parkplätze für Gäste sind jedoch direkt vor der Haustür vorhanden.
