Was diese einzigartige Wohnung am meisten auszeichnet: Der unvergleichlich schöne Ausblick, sowohl vom geräumigen Balkon aus auf die fränkische Schweiz, als auch vom Laubengang vor der Eingangstür auf die Festspiel- und Universitätsstadt Bayreuth. Die Wohnung wurde 2015 kernsaniert. Eine hochwertige Markenküche wurde 2018 neu eingebaut. Lage: Zentral und doch im Grünen, mit perfekter Anbindung (Stadtbus) und freien Parkplätzen. Das Stadtzentrum ist ca. 2,5 km entfernt – ideal für alle, die die Nähe zur Natur schätzen, aber trotzdem schnell im Herzen Bayreuths sein möchten.
