Durch die zentrale Lage lassen sich Cafés, kleine Boutiquen und die schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Lüneburgs bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

The 1-room basement apartment (45 m²) is located in a single-family home in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city center by car in just 10 minutes. Bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linens, a TV and Wi-Fi. Toddlers are not allowed due to safety conditions.

Our ecologically built duplex apartment (2010) not only impresses with its central location, but also the processing of a lot of wood and the large windows give it an unmistakable charm. Willkommen in unserem Phantastischen Atelier, einem stilvollen Apartment mit besonderem Flair und viel Liebe eingerichtet. Dich erwarten ein großzügiges 180 cm Bett, eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Spüle, ausgestattet für ein Frühstück oder Snacks sowie ein privates Badezimmer und Balkon. Das Phantastische Atelier ist Teil unseres Einfamilienhauses, verfügt aber über einen separaten Zugang. Parken kannst du bequem auf dem Grundstück.

Perfect for 4-6 guests, it offers 2 beds (140 x 200 cm / 160 x 140 cm) and a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and private bathroom. Restaurants, cafes and attractions are very close. Apartment N° 11 on the 4th floor (elevator) with fast Wi-Fi and Magenta TV and the practical washing machine in the house provide amenities at a high standard.

Just 13 km away is the beautiful salt city of Lüneburg with its incomparable charm, many restaurants and attractions.

Our apartment has a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room, as well as a terrace with a loggia and flower garden. The apartment has a parking space and a shared bicycle room. The apartment is suitable for two to max. three people - for three people, the sofa bed in the living room can be used as a sleeping facility. Baby bed on request. Unfortunately no pets are permitted.

Located in the Ochtmissen district, 2 kilometers from the old town of Lüneburg, which is easily accessible by car or bicycle, but also by bus. Supermarkets are 1-2 kilometers away. Opposite, a forest with a small game reserve invites you to take a walk. The one-room apartment (26 m²) is accessed through a separate entrance. In it, 2 guests (possibly + 1 child by arrangement) enough space.
