Pobyt u Diany możemy ocenić na bardzo dobry. Nie było problemu z zameldowaniem czy porozumieniem się. Ogromnym plusem były szybkie odpowiedzi na komunikatorze na wszelkie pytania. Mieszkanie było idealne na te kilka dni pobytu, można tam było znaleźć wszystko co było potrzebne. Okolica bardzo cicha i przyjazna. Nie mieliśmy żadnych zastrzeżeń. W przypadku powrotu do Rimini na pewno rozważymy ponownie pobyt w Casa Stefania.

This fantastic apartment made our stay in Cervia an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by incredible restaurants just steps from the front door, and there’s even a charming gelato shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a large common area that’s perfect for meals and relaxing together. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with every bedroom offering direct access to the beautiful patio. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Enrica was a kind and helpful host, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Beatrice is een hele vriendelijke en behulpzame host. De omgeving en de ligging van het appartement is geweldig. Strand is op loopafstand en restaurants zitten om de hoek. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad en het is zeker een aanrader. We zouden hier zeker eens terugkomen.

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

Wir haben uns gleich nach Ankunft wie zu Hause gefühlt, es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und auch unserer kleiner Hund hatte genug Platz. Die Balkone bieten einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer bzw. den Hafen. Es gibt tolle Restaurants rund um die Unterkunft und auf der anderen Seite des Hafens kann man toll an der Promenade entlang laufen und in Bars und Cafés einkehren. Auch hundefreundliche Strände und Menschen findet man genug. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit erneut buchen und auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Cosy apartment, awesome host, smooth check in, great location.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und ist sehr einfach zu finden. Valentina und das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht! Die Lage ist optimal, der Strand und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in occasione di un torneo di beach volley. Eravamo in 6, la casa rispetta la descrizione ed è comoda con una terrazza esterna veramente carina. l'host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Super consigliata.

Beautiful place, nice atmosphere at the pool! Nicoletta and the family are very welcoming and great company. Flat is a little difficult to keep cool in great heat. But the fans provided were very silent and good to be used during the night. However, we spend most of our time outside, at the pool, in the water, and drinking coffee at the bar ;)

Wir hatte das Vergnügen, in einer neu renovierten, wunderschönen und geräumigen Wohnung zu wohnen. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch äusserst gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, was perfekt für Strandliebhaber ist. Auch die Anbindung an die Stadt und alle wichtigen Einrichtungen ist hervorragend. Die Vermieterin war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit bei jeglichen Fragen oder Anliegen, was den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Alles in allem kann ich diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Sie erfüllt alle Erwartungen an Komfort, Sauberkeit und eine perfekte Lage zum Strand!

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. We truly love it. Thank you so much for making our holiday in Rimini very memorable. We definitely recommend this place to everyone coming to Rimini ! Grazie mile !

Wir waren mit 3 Männern am 05.09.24 zum MotoGP angereist. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos, Marcella hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und alles erklärt. Alles was der Mensch so braucht war in guten Zustand vorhanden. Vom Balkon blickt man auf Strand und Meer. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Rennstrecke ist 2 Km entfernt. Am 10.09.24 sind wir abgereist , Schlüssel auf den Tisch und fertig.

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Appartamento piccolo ma considerando il fatto che a casa si stava solo per dormire e mangiare va bene così. Piscina sempre pulita. La comodità con la spiaggia a pochi passi praticamente senza uscire dal residence. Al mattino Yoga per la gioia di mia moglie. Forse ci ritorneremo.

Maurizio persona veramente rara al giorno d'oggi, accogliente, gentile e molto disponibile per ogni evenienza. Mi ha accolto nell'appartamento con un graditissimo omaggio locale. Grazie. Residenza completa di tutto il necessario e locata in un ottima posizione per: mare , passeggiate in centro e d'intorno a piedi o in bicicletta. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Host e co-host molto disponibili e attenti. Appartamento spazioso e luminoso, moderno con stoviglie e utensili da cucina necessari per cucinare. Zona intorno attiva, con bar e musica la sera, negozi e buoni ristoranti. Esperienza di soggiorno che ha soddisfatto le aspettative!!

A very well presented new apartment. The apartment it’s spacious and comfortable with everything one might need available. The beds are super comfy and the linen and towels very clean . Very clean and new shower, ac and wifi . Nice place to chill out equally close to beach, to supermarket and the nightlife (shops, restaurants). The host is extremely helpful, friendly and very responsive and has created an amazing welcoming environment with his place . The location is so quiet considering is so close to all the amenities. I would definitely recommend the place to friends and family and most definitely would stay there again.

We stayed at Michela's place for a week. Easy to walk to the various beaches and about a 10 minute walk into the pretty town centre. The flat has everything you would need. comfortable bed, lots of storage and equipped kitchen. Nice to have two balconies to sit outside. Good Wifi. Nice neighbours too. Just around the corner is a fish restaurant which is part of a fisherman's cooperative called PesceAzzurro. We ate there a few times. They do a great deal on a selection of courses at a fixed price which is enough to share between two. Fun experience. Good Pizza at Dumo on the front with amazing ice cream next door at Gelateria Carapina - 10/10! We had coffee every morning with the locals at Bon Bon Cafe. We had a great week during the off season.

Ho soggiornato con le mie amiche per il periodo di Rimini Wellness, credo che l’alloggio abbia una posizione ideale. A meno di 1 km si trova la fermata del pullman 8, che porta fino alla fiera, comodissimo! L’alloggio è come da descrizione, pulito e ordinato. Ha un bel terrazzo dove poter mangiare e due stanze da letto che danno un senso in più di privacy. Ricordatevi la cauzione !!! Non non l’abbiamo letto, causa distrazione, ma nella descrizione era segnalato.

A due passi dalla spiaggia sul lungomare Tante attività vicine. Casa bella e spaziosa con un balcone immenso

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.
