I cannot say enough nice things about Sarah and her place. The space was absolutely beautiful and functional. There were tons of great amenities and a well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, things to cook with). Sarah herself was an amazing host. She went above and beyond for me when I had a booking issue. She always responded very quickly. She even left our group some donuts, which was the sweetest surprise upon arrival. This house was perfect for our weekend book club retreat. We made so many memories and hope to be back next year!

Great place to spend time with family, host are very nice and helpful. Place is totally worth it and we would totally rent this place again.

The place was exactly what we expected. You won’t find a more responsive owner than Glen. He came from Raleigh on Memorial Day weekend to unstop one of the toilets. Very open to checking in a bit early and also checking out late. Will definitely return

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay here at the cabin,the hot tub was a nice place to relax in & and we felt comfortable throughout our stay🙂. The host Natasha is super kind and friendly,We fell in love with the home definitely will book again for the next summer☀️👍

We had a wonderful vacation here. Although it rained during our stay, we found the treehouse to be a great place just for listening the rain drops and having some inner peace.

We had a great stay at the lake house. There was a private dock located very close and a swim area just a couple minutes down the road. The house had beautiful views and was well stocked with everything we needed for the week!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Eric’s beautiful lake house. The house was incredibly clean, spacious, with a modern and nicely decorated interior, and a fabulous large kitchen! The lake front location was hard to beat - we enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding every day as well as just hanging out on the dock. The cove in which the house is located is very peaceful and quiet. The screened in porch was a perfect spot for lounging and dining. Eric was great at coordinating and communicating with us and responded very promptly! We would certainly return!! All the best!

Relaxing, well-kept property and house with a view. Plenty of good food in next town over. If you haven't been to Northern Neck, stay here and enjoy some peace and quiet.

Amy’s place was a true hidden gem, beautiful property, 60 acres of country living and privacy to roam, yet all the comforts of home in the house itself. Kitchen was super clean with modern appliances, with everything you might need to make meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and exactly what we needed, the kids especially loved having their own rooms, and their own separate section of the house! Our dog enjoyed every minute of off-leash time, exploring the woods, trails, and favorite place by far, the creek! Amy was very responsive and messaged with us back and forth before, during and after our stay. Town is not too far away with restaurants and activities, and Amy was quick to offer suggestions. All in all a great, memory-making trip, and we hope to come back to visit again soon!

The house was amazing and beyond our expectations! It was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, lots of great seating and every amenity you could ever need! Loved the screened porch, firepit and seating area overlooking the creek. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Loved this lovely property and being close to nature. Great place to stay near Kerr Lake only 10 minutes from the boat ramp we launched from. Easy parking and clean house. She was very responsive when I had a question about something. Would definitely stay again in the future.

My friends and I loved staying at Catherine’s house. Being right on the lake was beautiful, and we were out on it multiple times a day — having a canoe, kayak, and paddle board available was awesome! The kitchen is well equipped, the wifi worked, and we had fun gathering around the fire pit in the evenings. I spent a lot of time in the rope hammock too. Catherine was a great host, responsive and helpful. Great place for a peaceful getaway.

This is our 2nd time being here and we were not disappointed! This house has a beautiful view. Pooja is a wonderful host. We were welcome with a basket of snacks. Kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked. Pooja provided more than enough for our stay and we had everything we need. House is clean and beds are comfortable. My family had a great time fishing and kayaking. Thanks Pooja for your hospitality!

A group of four of us stayed over a weekend for the LIV golf tournament is Gainesville, VA. The house was pretty easy to find and located in a great central area. Directions to the house and check in instruction were clear. The home was clean and everything worked well. It felt like a mix of an old homey cabin with modern features. The overlook of Lake Jackson makes for a peaceful and calm atmosphere. Each morning we enjoyed a cup of coffee while overlooking the lake and listening the wildlife. Even saw a few bald eagles flying over the lake. Overall, our stay was great and Karen was helpful and responsive with any questions/requests we had. 5 out of 5 would stay again.

We had a great stay in Smith Mountain Lake at Rachel’s home. It was a great home for our family that came to celebrate our son graduate from Liberty University. The drive was about 50-60 minutes to Lynchburg, but it was nice to be out at the lake and out of the traffic of Lynchburg. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed and more (crockpot, baking pans/dishes, pots/pans, full butlers pantry/laundry room), the bathrooms were all updated, all linens were provided, paddleboards/kayaks were fun to use, we enjoyed the pool table in the basement, the dining table sat 8 which was great for all of our meals and gathering with family. The living area on the main floor is sizable and open providing a good place to gather, the basement allows another option for people to spead out and have space and many decks outside to enjoy the lake. We would stay here again.

Creek Retreat is a perfect place to kick back and relax. Surrounded by nature, a private oasis. The space is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Added amenities and attention to details elevate the experience. Enjoy kayaking and sitting by the fire. Georgia is a great hostess and is proactive and responsive. If you're looking for a getaway, book it here!

This Airbnb was perfect for a trip with 10 women for a relaxing lake get away. It was a huge house with plenty of space if someone needed some quiet or privacy. A well supplied kitchen — we were able to cook all our meals at home. The space had more amenities than we knew what to do with! And it was less than a ten minute drive from where we would pick up our boat rental. So convenient.

This lakefront spot was perfect for a laid-back weekend with my childhood friends. The house was clean, updated, and had plenty of space for all of us to hang out and relax. The private dock was a standout—we spent a ton of time by the water, just catching up and enjoying the quiet. The host made everything easy, from check-in to check-out. Whether we were grilling, enjoying the hot tub, or just kicking back on the deck, it was exactly the kind of getaway we needed. Would definitely come back.

A perfect experience. The house has all the amenities one could want and set in a peaceful, beautiful environment. It's immaculately clean and organized. It's close to town, close to the park, and close to the family we were visiting. The host was very responsive, considerate, and dedicated to keeping a welcoming home. The only thing we would do differently is stay longer. We enjoyed every minute and hope to return.
