You will not regret staying with us since we have designed a home away from home for you! Besides following Airbnb cleaning protocols, we use UVC ozone light to kill COVID-19 and any types of germs. This method is used in hospitals. You will surely enjoy: 1. our beautiful oversized bedrooms with soft, remote control beds and multi-zone heat/cooling unit; 2. cozy Sun-room with Kitchenette; 3. bathroom with Blue Tooth speaker, and 4. comfortable TV/ Office with True HEPA Air Purifiers Filter.

Our home is located right after mile marker 190 on the BRP. It’s located near many wineries, golf courses, hiking trails, rivers, 20-25 minutes from White Sulphur Springs Wedding Venue, and many other great attractions. It has a large deck that feels like a tree house with a grill, hammock and table. The inside has a warm "at home” feel. We are located within an hour drive of many great small towns. Our 100 year old home, nestled in the heart of Colonial Beach, where Coastal farmhouse decor creates a warm and inviting space. With plenty of room to accommodate up to 10 guests, it’s the perfect spot for your family getaway. 2 minute walk to the sandy beach and 2 to 5 minute walking distance of charming shops, delicious restaurants, and the pier, The fenced backyard is great for kids and pets, featuring a playhouse, a covered picnic area, a gas grill, and a fire pit for making memories.

Secluded chalet near the top of a mountain on 8 acres, just 70 minutes from downtown DC, 20 minutes to old town Front Royal, close enough to get Instacart from groceries, Costco and Target, and private enough to enjoy your sunset view from the deck every night and to not see any other homes! The home is at the end of a long gravel road and parking in a small cul-de-sac. Dogs are allowed for a $75 fee per stay for the 1st, $25 after, up to 3 dogs max, extra fees charged after reservation.

Little Yellow Hideaway (Apt in Historic Home)

We love our little imperfect home that creeks and looks pretty good for being over 100. Currently it is getting a makeover and upgrade. Please be aware of this as you are booking. It has a roomy, walkout basement apartment with windows in every room and is tucked away in the heart of downtown. This home dates back to the 1800s, with loads of character and occasionally a bit of noise from the upper levels. It’s not a high-end trendy spot, but it’s humble, and perfect in our eyes.

Built in 2019, our home was designed to make our guests' stay enjoyable. In 2023 a Grotto waterfall feature was added with surrounding 3-foot pond. There are two master bedrooms with walk-in showers, as well as a lovely play set in the back yard. The 1st floor master closet was converted into a simple nursery with a crib and baby swing. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has a queen size bed for parents and a space dedicated to toddlers, featuring a princess castle bed.
