An outstanding house with all the amenities you would like to have. From the moment we walked in through the door, we were almost tempted not to head out to the national parks to do all the walking we eventually did do. The host was fabulous and we would definitely return. Highly recommended.

Staying at Astoa Extea was an excellent experience. Ultra clean, super comfortable beds, and an overall peaceful place to stay. The home was well stocked which made it feel extra homey...would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near beautiful parks and many outdoor activities.

Richard’s “Oasis in the desert”. Is very beautiful inside and out. The house is very tastefully decorated and furnished. Sparkling clean and comfortable. The backyard is very large, beautifully landscaped - like having your own private park to completely relax in as well as enjoy the awesome red mountain backdrop. And Richard really is a super host! Very responsive and enjoyable to interact with. This was a return visit for us with more future returns whenever we have a chance to come back to the awesome St George area! We really can’t say enough nice things about our experiences regarding this home and the host.

Beautiful home. It was set up very nice with the main bedroom separated from the kids/guest bedrooms which allowed for more privacy. The expansive windows let you take in the view, along with the sliding patio doors which gives it an indoor/outdoor feel. The pool/patio is the heart of the home, which is perfect for family. The huge living room and kitchen make it easy to cook and provide a relaxing space for a large family. Check in was clearly stated and super easy. We arrived late at night and everything was perfectly prepared. We had an issue with the water heater and someone was there within an hour of us messaging the host to fix it. It was fixed within another hour and worked the rest of the trip. The rental team is very responsive and easy to understand. Clean up is very straightforward. We stay at rentals often, so the easy list was refreshing. Overall, a top tier stay. Our family had a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We were pleasers with the location and hosts! Comfortable bed, clean and cute place. Relaxing hot tub at the end of hiking days. Alex and Vanessa were readily available when we needed them. If going to both Bryce and Zion this is a good location, but know that you do need to drive a bit to get to the parks.

Great spot if you plan on spending most of your time at the park. It's a great spot to get there, go to sleep, and head out in the morning.

Brian’s place is a real gem! 5 stars all the way! The home is absolutely stunning! All rooms were welcoming with ideal flow from one room to the next. Outdoor spaces also very welcoming and we enjoyed sitting outside in this very private desert oasis. All furniture was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a full meal. Access to the property was seamless. Plenty of parking space. To top things off, communication with Brian was perfect. He made sure we were having a great experience and was always on standby. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to explore southern Utah in style!

Highly recommend this place. Words can’t describe how incredible the sights are. The home is clean and peaceful home with super kind hosts. Can’t beat it. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The views were jaw dropping. Thank you so much creating this „heaven on earth” vibe.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Ruby’s place! The property was beautiful and you can tell a lot of thought was put into the space. Let me save you some money: don’t worry about condiments / sunscreen, Ruby has thought of it all!! If I’m ever in the Hurricane area again, I’ll be crossing my fingers Ruby has availability!!! Also, a cute little personalized sign for our group?? TOO sweet!!

We had a wonderful stay! Brittany was incredibly sweet and communicative, always quick to respond and very helpful throughout the entire trip. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free and pleasant experience!

One of the best air b&b that we have ever stayed in. Super clean and very cozy. Loved the location and the peaceful atmosphere. The pistachio trees were amazing. We even had a bag to enjoy during our stay. The owner gave us2 free passes to go tubing on the virgin river. We will definitely be back.

The place was very clean and updated, with new AC and fans that kept us cool during the summer heat. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the coffee provided was delicious. Toiletries and towels were all made available, including extra towels by the hot tub, which was a nice touch. We loved the beautiful view from the deck, and the on-site fireplace with a grill was a great bonus. There was plenty of parking, and checking in late was no problem—the unit was easy to find and access. The hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions within minutes. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zion National Park!

This was a second stay at Paige's place. it continues to be the best Air B and B property at which I have stayed. "5's" in EVERY category, just like last year!! For our golf excursion we were never more than 15 or 20 minutes away from a course and we were only 10 or 15 minutes away from downtown St. George and their dining options. can't wait for our 3rd trip next June!

Great place in a great location. Really, in the middle of everything! I play in a week long tournament every year and I would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about the condo, the complex and the location! It was very spacious and the layout was perfect for our family. My kids loved having access to the pickleball courts, basketball court and the pool - we used them every evening during our stay! The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed - which was wonderful since we flew and couldn’t bring a ton of necessities with us. It is exactly as pictured. We also loved the area where it is located - in a quiet neighborhood but convenient to so many restaurants and groceries. Diane was super easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Utah!

My wife and I celebrated our 35th anniversary and we couldn't have been more thrilled and pleased with our stay at the 'perfect' place in St. George. Calvins Airbnb at Amira was set up perfectly for couples to not only relax and kick back and have fun, but it was almost like having your own little resort to enjoy with each other. The bonus was having a wonderful massage parlor right next door called the 'Melted massage'. Calvin and his wife were an 'awesome' hosts and communicated with us very quickly when we had any needs. My wife and I would definitely recommend staying at what we would call, 'Calvin's private little resort at Amira.

Had a great stay at Don and May's. the sports village is such a great location and super easy for me with work meetings while I'm down in St. George. The house was perfect for just a couple of days and we would for sure stay again.

Amy’s place was very cozy and great for families with children. We appreciated kids plates and utensils, step stool in the bathroom, toys and great kids bunk bed set up. The view from the patio was amazing and kitchen had all the supplies you can possibly need for cooking. The resort complex was amazing, our kid really enjoyed the pools. The location is convenient and close to everything, we really enjoyed the Thunder Junction All Abilities park.

Great location with 3 separate pools for the kids. Located within about 10 mins of everything in St George. Close to Zion also which makes for an easy day trip.

What a wonderful unit, an absolute 5 star rental! Tyler has done an amazing job in equipping the unit - every detail has been considered and addressed. The unit is beautiful and extremely well maintained. In addition, Tyler was very responsive in responding to questions we had prior to our arrival. We highly recommend this property!!
