This Cowboy Cabin is located on 40 acres and is a perfect tiny home to enjoy out in the country. With chickens, cows, goats, horses and more about back you’ll have plenty of friends. The Cowboy cabin offers a queen bed and a twin mattress in the loft area. The loft ladder has a maximum weight of 200 pounds. And the loft requires you to get around on your hands and knees. This cozy little guest house is located in the heart of the Virgin Valley on a gorgeous farm that was established in 1901. Bordering the Virgin River and surrounded by mountains, the scenery is spectacular. The property is loaded with artifacts and antiques. Enjoy the gorgeous view of the mountains during the day and a spectacular star-light night sky. Close to Mesquite NV and St George UT and about an hour and a half from Zion National Park.

Our Cozy Cottage II is down a long driveway next to our quiet orchard. We have made it wheelchair accessible, with a large shower with two Nebia shower heads, support bars and a shower chair. The kitchen is full and complete. Full size washer and dryer. There are motion sensor lights above the front door. We have a keyless pad entry lock. Lovely farming community. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.
