Vacation rentals with breakfast in Virgin River

I’m so grateful I found this place to accommodate my big family during my daughter’s wedding weekend in Vegas. The home had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms, and so much more! Angel was very attentive to our needs, and I truly appreciated his flexibility. Even though the house rules mention no visitors, he kindly allowed my grown grandkids to come visit for a few hours after I asked. That meant a lot to me! The place was spotless, which I really appreciated. My kids and my mother also enjoyed the complimentary K-cups and cereal. Plus, having a Smith’s grocery store within walking distance was super convenient. Thank you, Angel, for helping make this special weekend even better!

My group stayed and was by far the greatest experience I had at Vegas , the host was responsive, accommodating & went above and beyond with the smallest details, made our group feel very welcomed and our trip truly memorable, I will for sure be booking and reaching out again for any future stays. Ty’s place felt just like home. He had all the amenities that a family of 10 needed for a week. The three levels were prefect for us. The game room was a hit for competition ping pong games for the adults and the playground and trampoline was a hit for the grandchildren. The location was great, we were able to enjoy Zion natl park for two days, Bryce Canyon for two days and Red canyon for a day. Ty’s place was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! 100% would stay here again.

This was the perfect home base for our trip to Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon. Spacious, clean, and a perfect location. Star was very responsive and easy to reach. Would absolutely stay here again!

The Mighty Five is a beautiful home in a breathtaking location. We were extremely comfortable for our week in Kanab. We would definitely recommend booking this home and would love to stay here again on our next visit.

I came out here to celebrate my 40th with my family and we all just fell in love with your house. Beautifully decorated, beds were so comfortable and the backyard was amazing! Thank you Dwight for a wonderful stay.

Clean place and breakfast was awesome

nice place with everything you need. close to slope easy walk to the slopes. host is really responsive to messages and also allow is to check in early. totally recommended

This was a great place to stay for our trip to Cathedral Gorge! The home was clean and comfy and breakfast was amazing. Jenny was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Make sure you schedule breakfast ahead of time.

OMG!! What a hidden gem. I would recommend this stay for anyone who is looking to have the Vegas experience without staying directly on the strip. It’s conveniently close to absolutely every Vegas has to offer. Literally minutes to the strip. Palms was a stone throw away. Also had parking for our rental car! Sasha rocks. She was super responsive and had every amenity under the sun! Even our favorite toothpaste! Saying this place is clean is an understatement it was impeccable! Sasha went above and beyond with all of our questions. She had passes for red rock canyon which we unfortunately couldn’t get to see but we will next time! It was 43 mins from the Hoover dam and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon! We were able to see both! I love this place it felt like a home away from home. We WILL be staying there again!! Thanks Sasha you will be hearing from us sooner than later!

This is a great location if you want to visit multiple locations in the area. The stars at night are fantastic too! Paula and Rob were great hosts. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was great to have a place where our pup was welcome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you!

Host was responsive. Space was easy to get to everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Easy check in and check out.

Solid stay for Zion. Nothing fancy just a good place to sleep.

It was much nicer than the pictures even show. Super spacious, nice big rooms and large living room. Nice outdoor seating with a great view. Everything you could possibly need in a stay.

Cathy was a great host with lots of recommendations for dining and entertainment. Our room was exactly as listed and the outdoor area was peaceful and relaxing. Cathy was always quick yo respond to any of our messages.

We really enjoyed our stay at the B&B. The location was amazing for our adventures into Zion National Park. We even rented the bikes for one day and really loved seeing Zion that way. The breakfast in the morning was a nice touch.

Could not have picked a better place! This was the perfect place to stay for my Zion trip. It was about 10 minutes from the Zion visitor center where I parked in the mornings and having coffee and breakfast at the Airbnb made my mornings so quick and easy! And I loved that there are robes! So clean and peaceful, so happy I stayed here!

Beautiful surroundings and excellent location close to Zion National Park. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and a grocery store across the street, which was helpful to be able to stock up on snacks for hiking. We did a day trip to Bryce Canyon, and this was a good homebase for exploring both Zion and Bryce. Easy check in and out. Great shower and comfortable bed, which were awesome to have after long days of hiking. Would definitely stay again; thank you!

By far my favorite Airbnb experience! Sally and Steve were incredibly responsive, friendly and made us feel at home during our stay. You can tell they enjoy love hosting/meeting new people as they visit. Great mixture of privacy and conversation when needed. They had many local recommendations and helped with navigation to make our trip to the Grand Canyon smooth and enjoyable. Recommending this place to anyone who comes to visit.

What an amazing place. We absolutely loved staying here and would recommend this spot to anybody. So many beautiful hiking spots nearby and just a beautiful airbnb to unwind! We would recommend this spot to anybody and we will definitely be back!

This has got to be the best place in town and very reasonably priced. Choices of home cooked breakfast was a real treat. Kim’s attention to details made us feel very welcomed. Good location close to Bryce.
