We do not accept any animals due to the historic nature of this home and ask that you please respect this. For service animals, please refer to the rules section.

Come stay in our 1100 square foot historic (circa 1858) pioneer home. This modernized home offers conveniences while keeping its pioneer heritage. The Rose Cottage is a charming historic cottage located on the main street near the town center in Springdale. Guests are surrounded with views of Zion National Park and are conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, gift shops, art galleries, a grocery store and steps away to shuttle stops for easy access to the park. Guests have full access to this quaint cottage and property. The home features original oil paintings by the host that are for sale.

We are located only 20 mins scenic drive to Bryce Canyon NP, 10 min drive to Kodachrome Basin State Park and right at the door step to Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, 1.5 hrs drive to Capitol Reef NP, 1.5 hrs to Zion NP as well as many other great surrounding places to visit!
