One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2-room basement apartment (eat-in kitchen with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

Entspann auf der privaten Terrasse, im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer oder genieße den Blick in den Himmel vom Bett. Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

We shared – Andreas and Michaela, the children Sofia, Samuel and Linda as well as our grandma Rosa – manage the Mahrhof on the sunny side of Tesido, in the east of Plan de Corones. Boasting a beautiful view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Adult Only Wasserfall Tschorn" is situated in Fundres/Pfunders. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a washing machine. Moreover, this apartment features a private balcony.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!
