One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in the municipality of Varna, less than 2 km from the beautiful historic center of Bressanone. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious and complete with shower and bidet. The apartment faces west and north, with a north-facing balcony. BrixenCard is included.

Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The Gitschberg Jochtal Almencard ist included in the price.

Enjoy your vacation in our 92.80 m², ultra-modern apartment in the heart of Mühlbach. The spacious accommodation, on two floors, offers room for up to 5 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with a sofa bed, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Almencard is included! Two supermarkets are nearby, as well as three ski resorts. Ideal for families, couples, or friends – the perfect mix of comfort and alpine charm. Pets are not allowed.

The Oberplunerhof is located in Kiens (Chienes) - central and in the middle of South Tyrol and part of the ski and hiking area South Tyrol Dolomites - valley station of the famous ski area Kronplatz reachable in only 10 minutes. The holiday farm is situated a little bit away from the village in a quiet location with impressive valley and river view. The holiday flat "Bruneck" offers space for 2 persons.

I charge a fee, depending on the stay, as a final cleaning.
