Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Nice flat, perfect location with a very nice view. Margerita is a very lovely host, always attentive and super available. She wolced us with a very good bottle of wine. Super recommended!

The setting is peaceful and scenic — ideal for relaxing or exploring the beautiful Istrian countryside. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Nikolina herself and her family. She was incredibly helpful and kind — whether we needed help drying clothes, setting up the grill, or tasting her delicious homemade almond grappa, she was always there with a smile and genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for a quiet, charming, and heartwarming getaway, this is the place. We’d return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Marija sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich schön. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Die Terasse, welche man mit der anderen Ferienwohnung teilt, liegt abends im Schatten, was sehr angenehm ist. Grundsätzlich war die Wohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet. Uns wurden neben Handtücher auch Duschmittel, Shampoo, Bodylotion, Putzmittel eine Mückenspierale sowie sogar Apfelsaft und Eiswürfel bereitgestellt. Die Kommunikation mit Marija war immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Vor Ort war ihre Großmutter welche sehr nett war! Die Wohnung wird über den Tag sehr warm, da es, wie angegeben, kein AC gibt. Allerdings befindet sich in der Wohnung ein Ventilator, welcher die Temperaturen erträglich macht. Die meiste Zeit ist es möglich vor dem Haus zu parken. Da es dort aber relativ eng ist kann man auch ganz bequem am Anfang der Straße auf einem schattigen, kostenlosen, naturbelassenen Parkplatz stehen. Danke Marija, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Υπεροχη τοποθεσία για χαλαρωτικές διακοπές. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με πολλές παροχές και όμορφη θέα. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν φιλικη και μας βοήθησε σε ο,τι και να χρειαστήκαμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα ξανά επιστρέφαμε!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez nos hôtes qui ont été disponibles souriants et chaleureux à notre égard. le logement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes, tout était parfait.

House was beautiful, much better then described and showed on the photos actually ! And the kids loved it. Pool, playground, cinema, fire pit. Amazing. We hope to come again soon...

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Unser Aufenthalt bei Andreja und Dalibor ließ keine Wünsche offen. Schon die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft und der selbstständige Check-In liefen reibungslos! Das Haus ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern, es fehlte uns an nichts. Neben der wunderschönen Bucht (fussläufig) und dem tollen Küstenspaziergang nach Ravni haben wir aufgrund des Wetters besonders die sehr gemütliche Couch genossen. Andreja erkundigte sich zudem nach unserem Wohlergehen und war jederzeit und schnell erreichbar, wenn wir sie kontaktiert haben. Tolle Gastgeber!! Danke sehr!

Der Aufenthalt war absolut hervorragend – die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt - ein privater Strand ist direkt daneben, zum Ort geht man 5 Minuten und wundervolle Spazier-Wege sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und als etwas in der Wohnung nicht funktionierte wurde das Problem prompt behoben. Die Küche ist sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet - zum Kochen ist alles da was man braucht. Sveta Marina ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort und man kann sich hier gut erholen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Elena war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie war stets gut erreichbar, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war liebevoll, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Check-in war sehr flexibel, obwohl sich unsere Ankunftszeit ständig verändert hat (aufgrund der Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, die im Stau standen…) Von der Stadt bis zum Appartement sind es einige Stufen zu laufen. Aber die sind das Appartement, der Garten, der Ausblick und die Gastgeberin wert!

Wir haben 14 angenehme Tage im September bei Mate in der großen, modernen Wohnung verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön. Es war sehr entspannt. Mate hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar. Perfekte Lage. Schön ruhig, nur 5 Gehminuten zu 2 unterschiedlichen Stränden. Auch nur 20 Minuten um zu Fuß in die Alt-Stadt von RAB zu gehen.

Nous sommes arrivés pour quatre jours sur place à Pula. L’emplacement était idéal en voiture avec peu de bruit, aux alentours et Jelena qui nous a tout de suite aidé et donner des informations que nous avons demandé lors de notre arrivée. La cuisine est super bien équipée, la salle de bain et la salle à coucher aussi et le balcon est très sympathique. Merci Jelena!

This apartment was exactly as advertised, looking just like the photos and matching the description perfectly! We had a fantastic time; the space is not only beautiful but also very functional and comfortable for our stay. Katharina was an incredibly helpful and responsive host throughout our entire visit, and we will definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip!

Biserka est une excellente hôte : accueillante, chaleureuse et attentionnée. Le logement est idéal : propre, bien équipé. Le jardin offre un vrai plus. Nous recommandons !

Albina è una superhost, disponibile e davvero simpatica. Ci ha accolto appena arrivati. L’appartamento è davvero spazioso, ben organizzato, pulito e ha tutto quello che serve (ci ha lasciato cioccolatini, latte, caffè, succo, acqua e anche del vino). Il parcheggio è vicinissimo e gratuito. La posizione è perfetta, ideale per esplorare la Slovenia (Capo d'Istria, Pirano, Portorose, le grotte di Postumia…) ma anche Trieste e i dintorni. E in più, ci ha offerto la colazione nel loro bar! Super consigliato!
