Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Villefranche-sur-Mer

This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays- so happy we decided to stay in Saint Paul de Vence and so lucky to have had this beautiful place as our home base for our visit! Not only is the home absolutely stunning - full of the charm and patina that comes along with being part of this incredible little gem of a medieval village on a hilltop with its exposed beam ceilings, beautiful old doors, and magnificent vistas over the surrounding countryside- but it also was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had the most sunning bathrooms with giant clawfoot tubs to luxuriate in after a day of exploring! We loved Katie’s recommendations for restaurants and nearby beaches and had such a wonderful time getting to know Saint Paul de Vence and the surrounding area! Don’t miss an evening walk through this village- it is magic!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

A really lovely stay. The host(s) were incredibly kind leaving a bottle of wine and delivering some fruit, as well as picking us up and dropping us off at the station. The apartment itself is clean and contains everything you will need including A/C. The terrace is beautiful and a real highlight, capturing the afternoon sun. The apartment is inland so accessing can be tough at times with steep climbs, but the host showed us the most direct routes and realistically only takes 10 minutes to get down and maybe 15 to get up - so not too bad 10/10 stay :)

Our stay with Carina was perfect! The place is exactly as described and the loft is super equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We would love to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

We’ve just returned from the most unforgettable stay — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, everything was pure perfection. The setting is absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds that feel like something out of a dream. The accommodation itself was stylish, spotless, and so thoughtfully put together. The pool area was a slice of paradise — peaceful, relaxing, and impeccably maintained. Julien and his family were the most gracious hosts, making us feel completely at home from the very beginning. So happy I stumbled upon Philippe’s place! I was in town for a work trip and came a week early to relax — and this spot was perfect for that. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just outside the city center, it offered a peaceful escape from tourist crowds. Mont Boron was practically in the backyard, beaches were just a short stroll away, and there was a nearby supermarket that had everything I needed for my stay. The view from the balcony made for stunning morning coffees and breathtaking evening sunsets. It’s in an ideal location — a quick commute into downtown, with easy access to the coastal towns to the east. The bus system is convenient and close by, but I ended up renting a scooter to explore at my own pace, which gave me a real sense of freedom. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The apartment was spotless and perfectly sized for one or two people. And Philippe was an absolute delight — one of the best and most helpful hosts I’ve ever had!

Benoit and his partner Johan are going on a truly unforgettable fantastic trip. Especially, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable time for the whole three days of my stay thanks to Johan's careful care and help from before arriving at the accommodation to leaving. The view of this apartment is unbelievably crazy, and there are many beautiful places around here. As user manual provided by them, I was able to easily get to the cool restaurants and the main places in Nice.

Start to finish, we couldn’t have asked for more. The accommodations surpassed our expectations (the magnificent view from the balcony can’t be properly captured in a photo—perfect place to start and end each day)! The private pool (surrounded by stunning foliage) is magnificent…super clean and uber relaxing. Parking space is a big plus; we loved exploring different villages. The cross ventilation in the apartment is amazing and the beds/linens are very comfortable. We plan to return.

Fantastic place with a great host who had great communications before during and st check out. Perfectly location on a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to shops, cafes, beach, train and rail stations. We hired a car but didn’t really need it and wished we had just used the train. There is space for a car in the underground car park at the appt but it is tight. Designed for a small vehicle. Kirill was brilliant throughout . We will definitely be back. Luciana’s warm and cozy place gave me a peaceful break from my daily routine. The house was spotless and well cared for, and her kind hospitality made us feel very welcome. The space itself might feel a little compact if you plan to spend a lot of time indoors, but the terrace view is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet, and it’s an easy walk to the beach and grocery store. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Book it now! We were two couples for three nights and we all agree it was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever experienced! Consider yourself extremely fortunate to have found this listing, and book without any hesitation. The setting is gorgeous, and it’s very walkable to restaurants, the city center, and nearby sights. The view from the balconies over the water to the town and mountains beyond is world class. The interior is flawless, with all furnishings and amenities in excellent shape and style. The communication with the owners is superior, every step of the way. All questions/concerns were handled very quickly and professionally. Even with some street work being done around the marina, our host did everything possible to make our stay the best it could be. Five stars is not enough, the apartment and the hosts are incredible! I could go on, but I think you have the picture. (By the way, we’ve stayed in well over 50 Airbnb’s around the world, benefit from our experience.)

Beautiful apartment and perfect for our needs!

Fantastic stay! The host was super responsive and really accommodating—made everything so easy. The place is in a perfect spot for day trips to Menton, Monaco, Nice, and surrounding areas. Super comfy, with a great view and the bonus of having a pool right there was amazing. Everyone in the building was friendly too, which made it feel even more welcoming. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again!

A beautiful Mediterranean view from the terrace. This place is a little away from the crowd, which really works for us. If you use buses, you can go everywhere. The location is especially convenient when you visit Monaco (by bus) or eze village (by taxi as the host recommends). You could walk to Castle hill as well. Vassil is such a wonderful host. I think that he is really ready for having his guests in every way. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I already miss it!

The pool is fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Our host was super helpful with recommendations for things to do and places to eat, which made our trip even better. They always responded to our messages quickly and were very accommodating, even letting us check out really late, which we really appreciated. The location was great. Highly recommend!

Delphine's place was the best for my family. We traveled with an infant and a crib was even already set up for us, with kid towels for both of my children. There were very nice personal touches. It is perfect location with a very functional kitchen and air conditioning. I absolutely loved our time there. Menton is great and we would hope to rent such a gorgeous place again in the future.

We had a fantastic time at this absolute lovely apartment. The location is perfect, with the beach and numerous restaurants right out the front doors to the building. The apartment itself could not be nicer. The views are out of this world. And the living space is clean and inviting. Finally, the host was very responsive and even kindly let us check in early. Great time all around.
