The apartment,completely renovated in February 2025,is nice and cozy with a beautiful view on the bay of Villefranche sur mer and on the Presquile of Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat. It's located at the second Floor of a Residence,serviced by an Elevator. At your disposal there is a wonderful pool(open from the1st of May to the end of october),a bar open during the day and a laundry room. The apartment is equipped with WiFi ,air conditioning,TV,microwave oven and a Nespresso machine.

Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

Living in Paris, love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now, my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when I wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.

A lovely flat of 40 sqm with a 30 sqm terrace, recently refurbished and with original art work. Fully equipped kitchen and equipment to match. Double bedroom with super comfy new bed giving onto terrace, and a single bed in the living room. Amazing views over the bay of Villefranche, and great for relaxing on the spacious terrace. The owners Helene and Chadwick live next door and are always there for check in/out and local knowledge. Air conditioned.
