Beachfront vacation rentals in Villefranche-sur-Mer

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

We only stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer. Great place, great area. Walking distance to beautiful rocky beaches and good restaurants. Elsa and Julien were communicative, responsive, and accommodating.

Lovely apartment and great space for a couple. Extremely walkable for shops and restaurants. Very close walk to the beach as well. Would highly recommend.

Great host. Met us when we checked in to go over the apartment and give us lots of information about Nice. The apartment is in a perfect spot with the tram stop on one side and a short walk to the beach on the other. It is a very central location. Everything we needed for the beach was there and there was a beautiful view. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Nice, this is it.

Luciana’s warm and cozy place gave me a peaceful break from my daily routine. The house was spotless and well cared for, and her kind hospitality made us feel very welcome. The space itself might feel a little compact if you plan to spend a lot of time indoors, but the terrace view is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet, and it’s an easy walk to the beach and grocery store. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

Kevin is a very attentive and friendly host. Despite the late arrival, he gave us a comprehensive introduction to his apartment and the surrounding area. We felt very well taken care of at all times and Kevin always inquired about our well-being. The loft, rooftop deck, and infinity pool allow you to enjoy the magnificent area in a luxurious way. The property is located directly on a small, quiet beach, so we as sea lovers got our money's worth. We'll be back for sure and would love to be Kevin's guests again!

This was the most beautiful place. It was outside of Nice, which was absolutely what we needed. The beach was beautiful and we spent all day there. We were able to come back to a beautiful apartment. It was clean, smelled amazing, and had great location. I will be back!

The most beautiful property! Such a rare opportunity to find a place like this, truly oceanfront with an abundance of serene outdoor space, pool, grill, etc. all to ourselves. And a big thank you to Ksenia for being such an incredible host.

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Ilja, was an exceptional host, very informative about the area. The space was clean comfortable and the view is absolutely stunning! I was concerned about the bed in a such small space, but no worries, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. My husband and I slept like a baby, we would definitely choose this space again from our fabulous host Ilja. 🥰🥰🥰

I honestly can’t say anything was wrong with this place! We loved Seb’s apartment, it has everything you need and it’s so nice to be close to the beach. Not only that, but the view is amazing! Seb is an excellent host, super responsive, and has great recommendations!

Jamie’s residence is an absolute gem. It boasts a breathtaking blend of beauty, spaciousness, and modern elegance. Each room is meticulously private, complete with luxurious bathrooms. The stunning views of the bay are simply irresistible, making waking up and retiring to bed a truly special experience. We would eagerly head to the local patisserie every morning, savoring delectable treats and returning to our balcony for a delightful breakfast. For those seeking to explore nearby locations, the convenience of the bus and train stations is a major plus. The surrounding area exudes tranquility and security, providing a peaceful haven for our stay. This place has truly captured our hearts, and we can’t wait to return and make it our permanent home.

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Viveka’s place was truly magical. We had an amazing stay overlooking the beautiful water. The location is perfect, very easy to explore nearby towns and cities by the train. Host is very helpful and communicative and we highly recommend this place to anyone!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath provides a nice stay & it’s right on the water. Whats better than waking up to the sound of the ocean? It’s very convenient as you’re right in town but Villefranche can get busy in summer so the only downside is kids partying on the beach late at night. Sonia the manager is fast & responsive if you have special requests or need help. The train is 4 minute walk from apt. & a little red bus picks up outside near Espuma restaurant so no need to have a car. All in all, a great stay.

Fantastic views and a great place to use as a base

We had a most enjoyable stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location and it is modern, clean, and spacious. I would gladly stay here again.

We had a fabulous time staying at Sarah’s place! The location was incredible, located within 5 minutes of the beach and countless restaurants and shops. Sarah was a very kind and responsive host and her apartment was very sweetly styled and comfortable.

We had a great stay in Safia’s apartment. Location was excellent and the apartment is as described. We had a car and needed to park a little while away so something to keep in mind with luggage and the stairs but it was as expected. Safia was responsive and very helpful. We would recommend to others staying in Villefranche.

We came 4 years ago with my wife and for this getaway with my son, the accommodation and hospitality of Thomas were again perfect. The apartment is luxurious and all you need to do is relax with its stunning views. A stone's throw from Monaco, it offers the pleasure of resting wonderfully after wandering through the fabulous Monegasque city or on the coastal path. Thomas' addresses are still great. Don't hesitate for a second.
