Katia and Luca are wonderful people, super helpful and kind hosts, precise in their directions. It was a pleasure to stay in their apartment, where there was everything you needed to have a great vacation! We really appreciated the hosts' tips on where to eat and what to see in the area. Great area, literally within walking distance of the waterfront. We'll definitely be back

It was a wonderful holiday. The apartment was very functional and nicely decorated. Plenty of space on the terrace and on the balcony. Location was perfect, a few feet from the beach. Lots of nice places in the area, and a great pizzeria in the house. We will come back for sure...

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Had a great stay here! We were able to check in early and was greeted by the owner with espresso and peach cake! Echo provided helpful translation when needed. We also received an invitation to the family's alpaca farm that night. The room itself was very clean and cutely appointed. We were only there for one night, but it had all the basics we needed with the exception of dish soap. The pool was a fabulous respite from the extreme heat - it's not a lap pool but plenty of room to swim around and relax. It is located an easy walk across the street to the lake. About a five minute walk to the grocery store. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the top of town. about a 20 minute walk from the train station. We ate at Ostteria le Scalette & had a great meal. We took a passagiatta through town after dinner & came across a marching jazz band that processed through town. All around a great trip to Castiglione Del Lago! Would highly recommend Residence Rainieri & the town and hope to be able to visit again!

The apartment is located by the sea and is perfect if you want to feel at home. We were there as a family with one child and we didn't miss anything. You can enjoy the sea from the balcony and are within a few steps of the beach. The well-equipped kitchen offers all the possibilities to cook for yourself. Marcella is a very warm host, as far as dealing with us is concerned, we can say: perfect! We can't say anything about the pool, as it was unfortunately closed due to construction work. All in all: premium location, great apartment, perfect hosts!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

We were 6 people in the house and had a fantastic time. Communication with DH Villas was smooth, check-in super relaxed. The location of the villa and the view from the garden/terrace was beautiful. We will be happy to come back.

I stayed on the weekend of August with 3 friends and, overall, it was a great experience. The photos unfortunately do not do justice to the apartment which is very nice and equipped with all the essential comforts. It is designed to welcome a couple but for those like us who adapt to alternative solutions, it is also great for 3 and 4 people. Mrs. Anna has been very kind since booking, always available and solar. The best value of this apartment is, however, the location: literally 2 steps from everything (beach, Viale Ceccharini, station). I highly recommend it to groups of friends or couples.

Extraordinary location and very clean house, we had a great time.

The apartment delivers what the advertisement promises. It is large, clean, flooded with light and always has a shady balcony space to offer due to the two balconies, depending on the time of day. Sun lovers will also not be shorted on the balconies. Due to the location on the 4th floor, the view is wonderful. It can be easily reached by the in-house elevator. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a relaxing short vacation. Even oil, vinegar and spices are there. Also an espresso machine with plenty of capsules. Shower gel and shampoo are available in the bathroom for the unprepared vacationer. Even the detergent for the existing washing machine is available. You can park the car in the private courtyard, which is closed with a barrier. The apartment has its own parking space. My conclusion: the apartment is definitely recommended. If I find myself back in Emilia-Romana, I will book this apartment again.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

We liked the apartment. Very bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. Incredible terrace. Giuseppe was very friendly and hospitable. The apartment is conveniently located near the sea and the exhibition center (during exhibitions, a special bus No. 10 runs past the apartment and delivers you in 10 minutes without transfers and loss of time). The only thing we lacked was a kettle and a little furniture on the terrace. We had a large company and one table and 4 chairs were not enough. But everything else was great. Thank you!

Very hospitable host of the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised , we were prepared a bottle of cold Prosecco. We spent unforgettable days at Andrea apartment. An apartment with a chic veranda where you can spend time in any weather. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay . We enjoyed the silence!
