Katia e Luca sono persone splendide, host super disponibili e gentili, precisi nelle indicazioni. È stato un piacere soggiornare nel loro appartamento, in cui vi era tutto il necessario per passare un ottima vacanza! I consigli degli host su dove mangiare e cosa vedere nella zona sono stati da noi molto apprezzati. Zona ottima, letteralmente a due passi dal lungomare. Sicuramente torneremo

appartamento estremamente pulito e ordinato con tutto l'occorrente. per la mia famiglia è stato molto comodo, a pochi passi dal mare e con tutti i comfort. molto bella la terrazza vista mare dove poter mangiare. consigliato

Appartamento che rispecchia quanto descritto nelle foto di AirB&B. Pulito, ordinato, profumato. Ottima posizione per piacevoli camminate e per godere del mare dal terrazzo. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung war sehr funktionell und schön eingerichtet. Viel Platz auf der Terrasse und auf dem Balkon. Die Lage war perfekt, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Sehr viele nette Lokale in der Umgebung, und eine tolle Pizzeria im Haus. Wir kommen sicher wieder…

Casa curata e carina corrispondente alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e oltre. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Nei dintorni sono presenti ottimi ristoranti e la casa è a pochi passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Unica pecca: la scala esterna per raggiungere il piano superiore, ma questo non ha impedito di goderci il soggiorno Davvero consigliata

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. We truly love it. Thank you so much for making our holiday in Rimini very memorable. We definitely recommend this place to everyone coming to Rimini ! Grazie mile !

Had a great stay here! We were able to check in early and was greeted by the owner with espresso and peach cake! Echo provided helpful translation when needed. We also received an invitation to the family's alpaca farm that night. The room itself was very clean and cutely appointed. We were only there for one night, but it had all the basics we needed with the exception of dish soap. The pool was a fabulous respite from the extreme heat - it's not a lap pool but plenty of room to swim around and relax. It is located an easy walk across the street to the lake. About a five minute walk to the grocery store. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the top of town. about a 20 minute walk from the train station. We ate at Ostteria le Scalette & had a great meal. We took a passagiatta through town after dinner & came across a marching jazz band that processed through town. All around a great trip to Castiglione Del Lago! Would highly recommend Residence Rainieri & the town and hope to be able to visit again!

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer und ist perfekt, wenn man sich wie zuhause fühlen will. Wir waren als Familie mit einem Kind Dort und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man kann vom Balkon aus das Meer genießen und ist innerhalb von wenigen Schritten am Strand. Die top ausgestattete Küche bietet alle Möglichkeiten, selbst zu kochen. Marcella ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, was den Umgang mit uns angeht können wir sagen: perfekt! Zum Pool können wir nichts sagen, da er leider wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossen war. Alles in allem: Premium Lage, tolle Wohnung, perfekte Gastgeber!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Haus und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die Kommunikation mit DH Villas war reibungslos, der Check in super entspannt. Die Lage der Villa und der Ausblick vom Garten/ der Terrasse war wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ho soggiornato nel weekend di ferragosto insieme a 3 amici e, complessivamente, è stata un'ottima esperienza. Le foto purtroppo non rendono giustizia all'appartamento che è, invece, molto carino e dotato di tutti i confort essenziali. È concepito per accogliere una coppia ma per chi come noi si adatta a soluzioni alternative, è ottimo anche per 3 e 4 persone. La signora Anna è stata gentilissima fin dalla prenotazione, sempre disponibile e solare. Il miglior pregio di questo appartamento è, però, la posizione: a 2 passi letteralmente da tutto (spiaggia, viale ceccharini, stazione). Consiglio super vivamente a gruppi di amici o coppie.

Posizione straordinaria e casa molto pulita, siamo stati benissimo.

Die Wohnung hält, was die Anzeige verspricht. Sie ist groß, sauber, lichtdurchflutet und hat durch die zwei Balkone je nach Tageszeit immer einen schattigen Balkonplatz zu bieten. Sonnenliebhaber kommen auf den Balkonen auch nicht zu kurz. Durch die Lage im 4. OG ist die Aussicht wunderbar. Sie ist bequem mit dem hauseigenen Aufzug erreichbar. In der Küche findet man alles, was man für einen entspannten Kurzurlaub benötigt. Selbst Öl, Essig und Gewürze sind da. Ebenso eine Espressomaschine mit reichlich Kapseln. Im Bad ist für den unvorbereiteten Urlauber Duschgel und Shampoo verfügbar. Selbst das Waschmittel für die vorhandene Waschmaschine steht bereit. Das Auto kann man entspannt im privaten, mit einer Schranke abgeschlossener Hof abstellen. Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigener Stellplatz. Mein Fazit: die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Wenn es mich wieder in die Emilia-Romana verschlägt, werde ich diese Wohnung erneut buchen.

Patrizia e Andrea ci hanno accolto al nostro arrivo dandoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie e rendendosi disponibili in caso di bisogno. La casa è confortevole ed accogliente. Le descrizioni rispecchiano la realtà. Giusto un feedback (legato da un gusto personale) il letto della camera matrimoniale è un po’ molle. In generale consigliato.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter möglich, äusserst freundlich und flexibel. Die Unterkunft wurde sehr sauber übergeben und hat eine sehr gute Lage. Der Urlaub wurde durch die Wohnung aufgewertet.

Квартира нам сподобалась. Дуже вилика, простора, чиста і зручна. Неймовірна тераса. Giuseppe був дуже привітним і гостинним. Квартира зручно розташована до моря і виставкового центру (під час проведення виставок курсує спеціальний автобіс №10, який проїжджає повз квартиру і без пересадок та втрати часу довозить за 10 хвилин). Єдине, що нам не вистачало наявності чайника і трошки меблів на терасі. В нас була велика компанія і одного стола та 4 стільців було недостатньо. Але все решта було чудово. Дякуємо!

Очень гостеприимный хозяин квартиры, мы были приятно удивлены , нам приготовили бутылку холодного Prosecco. Мы провели незабываемые дни в квартире Andrea. Квартира с шикарной верандой, на которой можно проводить время в любую погоду. В квартире есть всё необходимое для проживания . Мы насладились тишиной!
