Typical fishermen's house, independent and directly overlooking the port of Pesaro, one of the most characteristic areas of the city. Close to the equipped and free beaches of both the promenade and Baia Flaminia, the station, the center and the San Bartolo natural park. Arranged on two floors, it can accommodate up to four people, with two single beds or a double bed of your choice and a sofa bed. In front of the house and in all the surrounding streets there are free public parking lots.

La Canocchia is a small fishermen's house overlooking the harbor. Renovated with respect for its history, but equipped with all comforts, including washer-dryer, induction cooktop, hot/cold heat pumps, dishwasher. Close to the equipped beach, the center and all the essential amenities. Ideal for two guests, it can accommodate a third adult on the bed/sofa on the ground floor. The bathroom and double bedroom are on the first floor. (Tourist tax €2/person/day to be paid on site).
