The townhouse is easy to reach via public transport (or taxi) from Airport, Bus- and Trainstation. Subway is a 5 minute walk and takes you the main shopping street in 2 stops; to the heart of Vienna (old town) in 6 stops. I am happy to help you with all the details or information you need.
