We have taken care of the details in the apartment so that it can form the framework for lovely days in Aarhus and on Aarhus Island. The area has plenty of restaurants, takeaways, forest, beach and city within walking distance. There is a parking basement in the house.

The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house and some noise from the family is to be expected. By appointment, we may use the washing machine in your bathroom when you are on a trip to town. In addition, you have the apartment to yourselves.

The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

New private cottage from 2018 with a beautiful view and location, which we rent out if you want to take care of it:) Everything is bright and welcoming. The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge.
