This amazing newly renovated spacious villa, in Risskov is the perfect location for family vacation. The house is 100 M from the Risskov forrest and very close (500 M) to the sea. The city center of Aarhus is only 3 km away. The house features a big kitchen with dining area, living room , office, four bed rooms, three toilets and two bathrooms. From the kitchen there is a nice view and an opening to the private garden with terrasses, lounge and a trampoline. This is the best place to stay :-)

Vores skønne dobbelthus er fra 2015 og er stilfuldt bygget og hyggeligt indrettet. Vores naboer er søde og rolige og kvarteret er roligt og grønt, med cykelafstand til Aarhus Centrum via Brabrandstien. Huset har alle fornødenheder man skal bruge som familie, herunder fire værelser udover stue, to toiletter, køkken, bryggers og multirum. Det er tilladt at bo maksimalt 2 voksne og to børn i vores hus. Lokalområdet er helt forrygende med let adgang til natur, legepladser og indkøbsmuligheder etc.

The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires. We rent for some weekends or when we go on holiday - please write us if you have any questions.

The house is located on a quiet residential street in a scenic area with lots of forest and a fantastic beach 2.5 km from the house. We also provide a bicycle. The house has 1 large bedroom with room for 3 people. A guest room with room for 1 person. 2 children's rooms. 2 bathrooms and a large lovely garden. Toyota Aygo is available for rent at an additional cost.
