Calm surroundings and beautiful views. The house is old and is located in the farmhouse of Vattarnesi. Sheep is prone to coming in on the meadow. The house has a bathroom with a shower. A kitchen where guests can cook. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. There are two rooms on the second floor, and the stairs are rather steep. We're not on the ring road. The house is on the old ring road between Fáúðsfjörður and Reyðarfjörður, 19km from Fáskúðsfjörður and 29km from Reyðarfjörður.

Relax in the beautiful woods of Úlfsstaðaskógur. This cabin comfortably sleeps 4 adults and its location makes it the perfect place to stay when exploring the eastern part of Iceland. Playgrounds for the kids are only a short walk away and Egilsstaðir are only a 10 minute drive from the cabin where you get all the service you need. Supermarkets, swimming pool, Vök-Baths natural baths and plenty of restaurants. The patio is perfect for outdoor dining in the evening sun.

Beautiful, warm and cosy cottage for 2 people. It's located in the countryside 18 km from the town Egilsstaðir on road 931. It's on the south side of the lake on the way to Hallormsstaður the biggest forest in Iceland. The next grocery store is in Egilsstaðir. Good paved road, passable all the year. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful landscape, nice hiking trails down to the lake or up to the hills, good place to see the northern lights in wintertime.

My beloved tiny home is a modern and cosy studio space. It has floor heating, Philips Smart TV and a kitchen. The kitchen has a JURA coffee machine, a refrigerator, full size stove and a dishwasher. The studio is 33m2 and has one bedroom with one double bed (160cm) and one single bed (90cm). The space is 33m2 & has a private: entrance, kitchen bathroom and living room.

In Fljótsdal next to the farm Hóll in Norðurdalur is Hólshýsi. A cosy cottage that is surrounded by endless adventures and sounds of nature and wildlife. Close to countless highlights such as Hengifoss, Hallormstaður, the Wilderness Center and Laugarfell.

Gíslastaðir - Cottage

The cottage is located near the owner’s farm with lovely views over the nearby stream to the mountains behind. It is around 12 Km from Egilsstaðir and is well situated for exploring the spectacular nature of East Iceland. The farm offers horse riding.
