Majestetisk villa 240m2 med panorama utsikt!

Nydelig og representativ bolig! Særdeles gode parkeringsmuligheter for opptil 4 biler rett utenfor døren, brosteinsbelagt gårdsplass. Fra eiendommen er det fantastisk utsikt utover "hele" Drammen. Boligen ligget i nytt boligfeltet, het er det stille og rolig, og uten sjenerende gjennomgangstrafikk. Marka med flotte turområder ligger i umiddelbar nærhet. Det samme gjør Vannverksdammen og tilbyr gode bademuligheter om sommeren. Preparerte skiløyper på Konnerud, og kort vei til 2 slalåmbakken!

The rental is located down in the valley with a view to the mountains. The house is a part of the Leir farm. It is eight minutes to drive to start of the alpine lift, and twenty minutes if you want to drive up the mountain. And if you want to ski up, the trails go over the fields all the way to the ski lift, provided there is enough snow. Or you can make your way along the old farm road through the forest. It starts behind the stable There are beds for 12 guests. Bed linnen are included.
