Cozy room with bathroom. The room has a separate entrance. Good double bed (150cm). Extra bed available if needed. The "kitchenette" has a fridge, microwave, kettle ++, tea and coffee. The kitchenette is in the same room as the bed and armchairs. The bathroom is spacious and has a toilet, shower and sink. Due to the size, it is best suited for shorter stays. The room is attached to the main house, so some noise must be expected. Quiet neighborhood. Entrance on the side of the house. Garden furniture and gas grill available. Towels and bed linen are included.

The house is located in quiet surroundings and there are many opportunities for hiking in the woods and swimming in the sea. The center of Fredrikstad and the college are only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. I want all guests to feel welcome and at home. Bathing in bathtub by appointment.

In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslofjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with its own entrance. This is in a peaceful residential area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo City Center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is quiet, so this place is not suitable for parties and noise, but suitable for quiet non-smoking people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and its surroundings!

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house overlooking Sandefjord city center. A staircase must be climbed to get there. It is therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. The apartment faces north and has some sun in the morning during summer. Proximity to many beaches and outdoor areas. There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 min by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car.

Robåt og bryggeplass medfølger for å besøke naturreservatet Tromlingene samt skjærgården. Motor kan leies mot et tillegg. Det er bare en kort spasertur til Skarestrand, og mange fine turområder rundt oss.

The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus stop is 3 min walk away. No kitchen, but fridge, coffee machine, water boiler and microwave is available. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.
