What an incredible villa! Secluded but a short 5 min drive into Fano. Oasis for our week there with a toddler. She provided a baby cot and high chair. Roberta is the nicest person and SO helpful with everything and always responsive. Would highly recommend!!

We were delighted with our stay at Villa Moneti. The house is very beautiful, well furnished and clean. We enjoyed the availability of the owners, always very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend it for a quiet poolside stay;)

Our stay at Marco’s villa was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotlessly clean, and everything was well-prepared upon our arrival. Marco was always available, responsive, and very helpful—he made sure all our needs were met promptly and kindly. There were plenty of towels for the entire duration of our stay, the view was stunning, and the space was very generous—perfect for families. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, and the water was regularly filtered, making it both safe and enjoyable to use. We also loved the outdoor seating area, the sunshine throughout the day, and the fully equipped kitchen that made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely love to come back in the future!

We were with my parents and our nine-year-old daughter at Stefania's and had a great vacation! The house was perfect for us. It is equipped with everything and furnished with a lot of love for detail, we felt comfortable immediately. Most of all, because Stefania is such a warm and helpful hostess. She welcomed us with a large bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine, and she also provided water and some things for the kitchen and both bathrooms (e.g. soap, shower bath, etc.). We could reach her at any time and get great tips from her. Their loving and exceptional nature is also reflected in the house and garden. We were already able to have some meals on the terrace and look out at the sea from afar, once also especially early at sunrise. The view is beautiful. Within walking distance there are great viewpoints and restaurants from which you can enjoy the sunset. The location is fantastic!

Large property with private pool and in a quiet idyllic location. 😊 We had a great 14 days in Davide's accommodation and were a total of 10 people incl. children. The house with private pool and the large property leaves almost nothing to be desired. A car is needed to get to Pesaro to the beach and is in approx. 20-30 minutes. Davide was always easy to reach and gave us a great regional food basket as a welcome gift. Thanks again for that.

The house is a lovely old Italian building. It was very warm and humid in Rimini while we were there and the house was quite cool and has fans in the bedrooms too. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the house has a lovely big dining room. The location on the one hand is great as it is such a short walk to the beach and to restaurants and bars and cafes however the house does back on to the train track which means it can get noisy with the trains going past. We had a 3 year old with us and he was completely undisturbed by the noise so it is totally manageable. The host was very communicative and helpful and we had no problems at all during our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Very beautiful house in a very peaceful and pleasant environment. The house is very welcoming and extremely well-equipped and very spacious with the family, it feels like home. The pool is also very nice without it being glued to the house. Luciana was very responsive and understanding to our requests. I recommend her kindness and kindness as well as those of her husband Gabi. The area is beautiful, lots of things to visit and things to do 20 min from the house. We will return to this house with great pleasure.

Very nice and big place. Lot's of things to do from pool to foosball table. Nice rooms and bathrooms, very clean, too. The only things that weren't perfect were Wi-Fi coverage and speeds, and some doors were really squeaky. Would definitely visit again!

A charming country villa on a winery estate in the hills overlooking Arezzo. The property isn't luxury, but it does provide everything you need from a wonderfull stay in the Tuscan countryside with stunning views of the valley below. The hosts are incredible who make every effort to not only make you feel at home but actually part of the family. The villa has plenty of space, with fully functioning amenities and a pristine pool. Air conditioning worked great which not all properties in Italy do and is a welcome relief during the hot summer. I would stay at the property again - and look forward to walking down to the winery tasting room and sharing a glass with the owner Jacopo once again. Saluti!

The host Andrea was very helpful and responsive. The house looks like the pictures and it is a very quiet environment. The garden is super well maintained and large. Andrea was helpful with every problem.

Villa di Catarsena is an incredibly beautiful villa and Giorgio and Tania are wonderful, patient hosts. The photos do not do it justice - spectacular views, beautiful antique furnishings, blooming roses, and stunning en suite bedrooms. It was perfect for 12 people but you could certainly have fit more! We absolutely loved spending our days enjoying the villa, playing ping pong, hanging out with the dogs, swimming in the pool, making dinner and eating together in the outdoor space. Giorgio and Tania were very kind and generous hosts. We are a lively bunch in our late twenties and were very patient with us playing loud music in the evening. We really appreciated this, allowing us to feel relaxed to use the space. Tania also drove us to the car hire place when needed. This was a huge help to us - thank you! Thank you so much for such a wonderful and memorable holiday - we would love to return if you would have us!

Very nice house, well equipped, big pool, and a friendly host. We enjoyed our time here so much. You can feel the love of the host for the house, it is well furnished and also very nice: alll the rooms have nets against insects. Highly recommended.

We had such a great stay - charming house with plenty of space in beautiful surroundings. Marco was a great host, very responsive and helpful and provided us with fans and a new coffee machine when the old one suddenly stopped working. The pool was clean and inviting. We missed a few pieces of equipment in the kitchen (we cooked every day and evening) but otherwise the house had everything and I would really recommend everyone to visit Ginanni Fantuzzi 1824.

House immersed in nature, in a very quiet area (you can only hear the birds and sometimes the cow bell in the distance), easily accessible from an untrafficked road. The place is ideal for those who, like me and my husband, seek an escape from the stress of the city and a healthy isolation in nature. The beautiful gated park with a private pool encourages you to relax at home and rest, with views of the mountains and the sweet kitten that circulates on the property. Privacy is also ensured by the grace and discretion of the friendly and welcoming host Valentina and her parents, who try to maintain the pool and garden maintenance if guests are absent. Ideal place also for electrosensitive: although the satellite wifi connection service is available, the host had no problems, following my request, to disconnect any wireless from the apartment, which is also distant from antennas.

We had a lovely stay at Petra’s villa in Poppi. The house was even prettier than the images showed and very clean. The pool area was lovely with a great view over Poppi. Petra was really friendly and easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and there is nothing missing. Zaida helped us wonderfully if we had any questions and the service was great. The view and the private pool are great. Only the approach via a quite steep gravel path with large tracks in it was a small minus point. Highly recommend the house and hosts.

Our family vacation was wonderful at Tiziana’s villa. The house had all amenities and we hired a chef for a few nights. We would definitely rent again. Arezzo is a lovely town and you can hop on the train for a one hour trip directly to Florence for the day. Highly recommend this villa

It is a wonderful house with amazing views. Kitchen is very well-equipped, the house is nicely decorated. However, you should take care of sufficient adapters before arrival. We would definitely recommend this location
