We are an easy 25 minute drive to downtown Jefferson City and situated halfway between St. Louis and Kansas City right off Highway 50!

The house is NOT on the water but up the hill and close by is a state access boat ramp you can drop boat and park in the included dock slip. Our barn, less than 10 minutes from Lake of the Ozarks, has a finished apartment upstairs. King size tempurpedic mattress and pull out couch for more guests. Large bathroom and oversized shower with two shower heads. Big TV in living and bedroom areas. High speed fiber WiFi on site. Big deck has nice views of the 100 acre property. Huge parking area. Active egg laying farm, so farm fresh eggs provided! Less than 20 minutes to the LOOP, Loto Off Road, Jacobs Cave, and many other attractions!

Dock has swim platform w great sun/quiet water. Boat lift & 2 PWC lifts available $. We also have a canoe & lilly pad for rent. Each bdrm has a queen bed & both couches pull out.

We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the east entrance to the fair as well as 0.5 miles from the Katy trail. We have a cozy two bedroom unit that can fit 4 adults and a kid on the couch. Hungry? We are located one block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurant. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

House was in a very nice area and great location, full grocery store nearby, Convenience store right up the road, multiple bars and restaurants nearby. Dock was in good shape, Great spot on the lake. The house was updated and clean, kitchen had everything you needed, a/c worked great, grill on the back deck was clean and worked great.

We booked this home for a video and photo shoot with clients and everyone absolutely loved it. Not only was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped inside, but the grounds were gorgeous. Our team loved the scenery with neighboring cows, beautiful pond stocked for fishing or simply kayaking or gazing out on. It was so picturesque and peaceful. The setting made for incredible photography and video. The hosts were so kind, welcoming, flexible and easy to communicate with. We can’t thank them enough for sharing their lovely home with us. 😊

Beautiful quiet little cabin perfect for a relaxing weekend! Drove out to Osage Beach on day to compare/contrast and hands down Sal’s place was far superior! Exactly what a trip to the lake should be! Cabin was very thoughtfully appointed with all kinds of essentials and lots of thoughtful extras! Firewood and starter all made available + insect repellent and cooking essentials (spices etc). Thank you Sal for a fantastic trip to the Ozarks!

Kate was very proactive and responsive. The place itself is very cozy. We loved the outside patio area and great view of the lake. We stayed the weekend and brought our SXS to ride at the loop. Parking was a little tight with a truck and trailer. But the main road loops around so we were able to back into the spot easier. Loved our weekend get away and would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay, and I fit our family very well! The old farm house was fixed up very nice and everything was clean and comfortable. It is a beautiful country setting, a couple minutes from town. We will consider it again if we need a place to stay!
