Really gorgeous apartment that is well appointed and comfortable. Bathrooms have huge showers which can be hard to find in Europe, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Also very convenient to be able to do laundry on a long trip with the washer and dryer. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends who might want a nice place to gather and spend some nights in cooking and socializing. Town is charming and has good restaurants and coffee bars. The surrounding countryside is beautiful!

L’appartamento ben ristrutturato e pulitissimo. Le finestre sul lago sono dei quadri da cui è difficile allontanare lo sguardo. Tanto silenzio e tranquillità, oltre ad un ospite gentilissimo e molto disponibile hanno reso il soggiorno fantastico!

Soggiorno in una dimora d’epoca che trasuda arte e cultura. Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti da Terni, Narni e le cascate delle Marmore. Sito nel centro storico di Stroncone ad un minuto a piedi dal comodo parcheggio gratuito alle porte del borgo. Servito da bar, un ristorante eccezionale, tabaccheria, tutto a pochi metri. Host eccezionale. Consigliato!

Het uitzicht over het meer is fantastisch. in het dorpje aan het meer is het goed vertoeven. Het huis is koel gelegen tussen de bomen. Er is een uitstekend restaurant 500 m lopen van het huisje met ook een heel mooi panorama. De faciliteiten van het huisje zijn voldoende voor 2 personen. Massimo was proactief met het geven van tips met mooie uitstapjes in de omgeving. Een plaats om terug te komen.

What a fantastic house, in an even better location. Very private and amazing views. The house had everything you need, and a great pool. We also had Martin’s housekeeper cooking for us, that was very special. Martin is a great host, very responsive and proactive, he knows where to find the great local restaurants. He even gave great tips for a trip to Rome. Will come again!
