The apartment, completely renovated in May 2017, is located on the first floor of a fifteenth Century building. The neighborhood is typically Venetian and not very touristy. The apartment is in the historic center just 5 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge and 7 from Piazza San Marco. Very close there is the fifteenth century Church of the Miracles, a hidden gem. Just 200 meters away there is a supermarket. All around there are typical Venetian bacari (taverns) and some excellent restaurants.

In 15 minuti si arriva a Venezia! Ci sono dei parcheggi a pagamento e gratuiti (spesso disponibili) sulla strada. Su richiesta: culla, seggiolino, passeggino e biciclette.
