Vacation rentals with beach access in Venice

Apart from the initial difficulty getting into the apartment - Luciano gave us the wrong door code - it was excellent and a great location for any trip to Venice. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen and bathroom, quiet but convenient and a wonderful haven to come home to after a busy day.

We loved our stay here. The perfect location and Stefano it a very responsive and helpful host. This is a very large and spacious house, with every amenity you would ever need. Very close to a Co-op supermarket and easy access from the Ospedale stop on the Water Bus. Very easy walk to all of the main parts of Venice and the location works wonderfully. One tip from me, the Island of Murano is really worth a visit and you are a 5 minute walk from the water bus stop that takes you there. Lots of bathrooms/shower rooms also makes everybody's life easy when you're trying to get out of the apartment to go and explore Venice. I would happily stay here again when we return to Venice.

Angelo takes pride in both his accommodation and his insightful approach. Getting a lift to and from the boat to Main Venice was a real blessing. All the best beaches we're available by bus. The promenades nearby a delight.. I found the keys a bit tricky at timed but probably just me. Great stay

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and Marta’s place is definitely one of the best ones. From helpful instructions and communication before arrival to a colourfully designed clean and bright apartment with beautiful views right in the centre of Burano. We loved our stay on this unique island and stroll through the streets when all the tourists left. Thank you Marta for everything and the thoughtful welcome gift. All the best

Andrea is truly an exceptional host. During my stay, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Since it was a last-minute booking, I was worried there might be issues, but Andrea reassured me without hesitation and even came to pick me up. She is warm-hearted, kind, and gentle — such a lovely person. The room was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning and cozy than the photos. It had everything I needed and was perfectly equipped. Honestly, it was just perfect. I felt so happy staying here. Thank you so much, Andrea!

We loved our stay in Lido. The apartment was clean, spacious and in a great location. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The beds were also very comfortable, and it was a great place to return home to after a long day of exploring.

Eleonora's house is small, but the spaces are very well organized and there are two nice balconies to have breakfast outside and to hang things out after the beach, which expand the space available. But the real advantage is being directly on the sea. In 2 minutes you are on the beach, Eleonora provided us with an umbrella and two sun loungers on the adjacent beach, which is no small thing!! At the same time, 50 meters from the building, there is the street with all the restaurants and bars, and right nearby, there is a supermarket. In short, the ideal is to park your car in the reserved place under the building and get anywhere on foot. For a few days of real relaxation, it's perfect!!

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

We had a great week with many excursion opportunities incl. Venice nearby. The place was modern and clean. Mattia was friendly and responsive. Two bathrooms were a luxury for us. Everything was very clean and the number of towels was great. The kitchen was well equipped. Our son had fun on the trampoline in the garden. Nearby were lots of shopping, a great café in Cavallino and still plenty of open restaurants despite the off-season. Only the many mosquitoes were a bit annoying outside. The fly screens in all the windows were great.

Beautiful apartment, in a very quiet location. Equipped kitchen and bathroom, everything is taken care of in every detail. Unfortunately, in the evening in Burano there are not many places open, it would have been better to organize to dine at home. With children, you have to be careful with the staircase, which is a little exposed. Highly recommended!

Super beautiful new house in perfect location to the sea. Very clean and has everything you need. Would come back any time.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Tey. Tey met us at the bus stop and walked us to her home. Everything was beautiful, exactly as the pictures show. We especially appreciated the cold Prosecco in the fridge! Beds were wonderful…and the sea view! Our family *really* enjoyed playing in the waves—such a nice, refreshing change of pace from the hustle of Venice. I’d recommend Casa Tey to anyone. Meraviglioso.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

The place is perfect! Getting to Venice is very simple from the apartment. It's spacious and comfortable. Elena left us very clear instructions for how all the appliances work. The view from the terrace is beautiful! We would recommend this listing.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

The host Alice was very nice and helpfull. The apartment was just as described and in a nice walk able location.

Cinzia's place was cozy and made us feel immediately at home. Communication was perfect, and she made us feel so welcome. Her directions were very clear and check in was smooth. It was really just off the beach, and the neighborhood was filled with great cafes and restaurants. The home and the neighborhood absolutely exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much Cinzia!

We had a wonderful week at this charming house with our child. The first floor is designed as a well-equipped apartment with access to a terrace and a quaint garden. The location on the island of Lido is ideal: a quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes walk from the vaporetto to Venice, with good restaurants accessible nearby and the beach 15 minutes walk away. A big thank you to Carla and her husband for their warm welcome, availability and valuable advice throughout the stay. We appreciated their responsiveness and kindness. We loved this peaceful break and would definitely recommend this place!

Good apartment recently renewed, confortable and well equipped, the plus is the two outdoors spaces and gardens that make it really nice. Located in a quite residence. Very practical to commute to Venice, 11 minutes walk to the pier and 35 minutes of Vaporetto. Giuilia with welcoming !

Valeria and Paolo are very good hosts. Even before the trip, they gave us good tips. You were always immediately available. Check-in was very straightforward. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and offers plenty of space. The roof terrace overlooking the sea and to enjoy the sunsets is magnificent. The apartment is in a good place, the bus stop is practically at the front door and the bus runs every 20 minutes. The possibility to be on the beach, in nature and yet so quickly in the old town of Venice was very much enjoyed by our family, with teenagers. Thank you for the wonderful time in Alberoni.

Adriana’s apartment was a great find in Venice. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is on the 4th floor so difficult if you have mobility issues but worth it for the view! Adriana was a great host, letting us check in early and leave our luggage at the apartment until our flight later in the day. I would definitely recommend this listing.

Great place to base yourself to explore Venice, Lido, and the other islands. The Lido is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. A great place to retreat to at the end of the day after exploring the busy and crowded Venice. Paolo's place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Perfect!
