We had a great stay at Julia’s place! The apartment was spotless, the views beautiful and the location was close to everything. Parking was easy and we loved the garden. Thanks for a great time!

Karim provided many nice amenities including coffee, fresh fruit, snacks and beverages in the fridge. The only thing I couldn’t find was coffee creamer but otherwise lots of extras that made it a nice place to stay. Great deck to relax and comfortable bed. The sea turtle theme and the vintage chocolate pictures were fun.

Beautifully decorated and well-appointed studio in a lovely neighbourhood in Santa Monica. It’s a little haven - very peaceful after a day’s travelling. The studio is squeaky clean & extremely well-equipped - Darlene has thought of everything - top-notch vegan-friendly toiletries too. The bed is super-comfy with quality bedding. The kitchen is very well-stocked. I only wished we could have stayed longer than two nights. The outside area is delightful and very private. However the outstanding feature of this Air BnB is Darlene herself. What a fantastic warm welcome - it makes such a difference! Freshly baked chocolate chip banana bread and British PG Tips!! Very thoughtful and made us feel right at home. A fantastic host!! The beach and Main Street are a mile away - everything in description is accurate - and there are some lovely cafes and shops within a 10-minute walk. Thyme cafe was perfect for breakfast!! Highly recommend!! Thank you Darlene!

The host is friendly. When I said that I didn't have enough towels, he brought them right away. The room is clean and nice. I care about the bathroom, and it was perfect.

We loved staying at Martha’s place. Very cozy, comfortable and clean. I loved her colors of white and blue. Very quiet and peaceful vibes. Her gardens were blooming with beautiful flowers which made it very special. She put rose petals on the pathway to our bungalow entrance and fresh flowers in each room. I love flowers and so this meant a lot to me. Martha has a heart of gold. She was very responsive. One day I got a bit lost and she offered to come get me and take me where I was going. I love the neighborhood and so close to the beach. We would love to stay at Martha’s again! Thank you Martha!

Absolutely wonderful experience staying at Maria’s place. She went the extra mile to ensure my parents had a perfect stay, and her care and attention to every detail were clear from the start. The property is really really beautiful – thoughtfully designed, perfectly clean, quiet, private, and located in a lovely area. It’s very obvious how much Maria cares about both her home and her guests. We are so grateful for her kindness and hospitality, and we would definetly stay here again. Highly recommended!

This feels crazy to write, but I’m *actually* going to miss Scott as much as the apartment. We stayed for a week with our 18-month old daughter, and from the moment we arrived, we felt like we were home. The apartment is beautiful, with stunning wood floors and perfectly restored original details (the hardware on the doors and closets, original crystal doorknobs), accented by gorgeous art — some of which has been in Scott’s family since childhood. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable (we especially appreciated the blackout curtains), and everything was neat, clean, and thoughtfully curated. Scott and Randi are warm, friendly, generous people — and we will truly cannot wait to book our next trip at their exquisite home. This is, absolutely, the best airb&b I’ve ever experienced. THANK YOU for eveything!

Gorgeous little home, tastefully decorated, gorgeous little back courtyard to enjoy the sun in summer months. Excellent location and suburb close to really nice eating spots like Laurel Hardware, and Sunset Tower Bar. Great coffee in the area.

I stayed in this place for half a month. The community is very safe and quiet at night, which makes me to have a good rest. Bo always replies in time. The room is very clean and tidy, and there is a beautiful yard. It's also very close to Manhattan Beach. If I return to LA, I will definitely book again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Lucretia Ave! The space was cozy, cute, and perfectly tucked away in Echo Park—super easy to get to from Burbank airport, which made our arrival a breeze. The location is *chef’s kiss*—walking distance to great coffee and quick breakfast spots, and the street parking was a total dream (rare for LA!). The home itself is super quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated. I’m usually pretty quiet myself, but I did have a tiny moment of self-consciousness wondering if I was being too loud—just goes to show how serene the space is! That said, everything felt just right and I’d 100% stay here again. Such a sweet spot. Can’t wait to come back! 💛

The stay was very good! I wish the pool table and other activities was there but overall the air conditioning was sooo good I’m a person who just loves cold weather but that air was good and the hot water was sooo good after the pool definitely would book again.

I loved Heidi’s place and would love to visit again. It’d be great to spend more time on the property. It’d was very cozy and representative of Topanga. Heidi was so warm and friendly, thanks!

Loved the full kitchen, quiet central location, responsive host!

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The photos do not do it justice. The architecture of the home and garden is phenomenal. The sweeping views of the ocean are jaw dropping and made for a relaxing stay. Robby was very welcoming and helped with many recommendations from restaurants to things to see around Malibu. I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend anyone book this home if it’s available!

Julia's place is a relaxing oasis in LA -- truly special. It's a safe, lovely neighborhood good for walking, fairly quiet. The hot tub works well and is under an enormous pine tree. The patio is charming with Spanish style details and beautiful plants. The bathroom has beautiful Spanish tiles and even a little chandelier! The large mini fridge has a good freezer compartment. Comfortable, supportive bed. Julia is a friendly and experienced host. thank you Julia for a wonderful stay!

This place has truly enchane my partner and I’s anniversary. She has truly enjoyed cooking our food with their amenities during our stay. The showers felt refreshing during this hot summer, and the bed kept up cozied and comfortable during our nights. We are definitely in the talks of coming back! Thank you Myrna and Bruce!

Khaleel's place was the perfect location for my stay in Culver City. So close to Tanner's Coffee and Pho Sho in a quiet, walkable neighborhood, with easy access to locations farther away. I had no need of a car. Unit A is very private and peaceful, and the patio is an added treat with flowers everywhere. My new go-to spot for visits to Culver City. Thanks, Khaleel.

Kates place was peaceful, private and perfect for our trip. We needed to be close to Cedars and West Hollywood for both personal and professional reasons. Kate is a very detailed and helpful host who has created a magical garden for her guests. This was a very mini paradise. It was so lovely to wake up every morning and watch the humming birds fly around and feed on the plants. Thank Kate! We will be back soon
