Tamryn's place exceeded my expectations in every way. The pictures were accurate, and yet somehow did not do justice to just how special the apartment or its surroundings are! There were many thoughtful touches throughout: there was ground coffee, half and half, Greek yogurt and granola available in the fridge for breakfast, hand lotion and sunscreen available in the bathroom, and it seemed that the linens had been washed in scentless detergent, which I really appreciate because I'm super sensitive to soaps and scents. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious, with a full-size bathroom and cute kitchenette and dining table overlooking their gardens. It was perfect for a weekend stay and I found myself wishing I could stay even longer. Many thanks to Tamryn and her family for the comfortable and well-appointed guest suite!

We had a lovely stay at Andrews place. Beautiful quiet and safe area with walking distance to cafés and restaurants. The cottage had everything we needed, a nice big bathroom, small fridge and a coffee station. Andrew was super nice and easy to communicate with. The only thing I would say is that the outside area didn’t quite match the pictures with kids toys and such, but if you’re not planning on being outside it won’t bother you. Other than that the pictures matches the cottage!

I had a really great stay here at Nataly’s the place was very clean and neat and the garden outside is breathtaking would love to stay here again soon ;)

We loved our stay at Michelle and Garys' studio! It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is both conveniently located and easy to find. They were both gracious hosts and such cool people; we really enjoyed our conversations with them. The studio itself is a lovely, peaceful space, with plenty of room. Unlike many rentals, this is more akin to a well-appointed pied a terre, not a hastily converted garage, and was just perfect for our needs. We are looking forward to staying here again on our regular visits!

We loved our stay at Steve and Kathy's place! The space is quiet and peaceful and in a great location. Steve and Kathy were excellent hosts and very communicative. I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in the area and highly recommend it!

An oasis for sure. Almost tropical with the song birds and monstrous foliage. Park yourself on the cushioned bench or play on the swing and you can’t help but feel the vacation vibes. We thoroughly enjoyed Gemma’s peaceful spot and feel fortunate to have found it. The interior was super clean had a comfy bed, clean linens, great air conditioner and even a nespresso machine with a frother for the provided milk; we felt well-cared for. The neighborhood is peaceful and has many cool homes to check out as well as being a short walk to yummy restaurants! Gemma allowed for an early check in and it appears a later check out than most Air B & B’s I’ve been to seem to have. How great is that? We loved our stay!

Ru was a supreme host! From start to finish he was engaging, suggesting everything from restaurant ideas to things to do while there. He brought up extra water for us when needed and a surprise treat of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice! There were plenty of towels and blankets and a charming deck as well. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend his place for a wonderful stay in LA.

Location is awesome- parking was easy. Studio was comfy & just right for me as a solo traveler.

We enjoyed our stay at Shanna’s cozy little oasis! Check-in was a breeze and the patio spaces for morning coffee were so cute and welcoming! The space had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, and we’ll certainly be back again!

I booked this location of days prior, but Jeffrey was a very helpful and responsive host! Traveling solo, this place was very cozy and accommodating. Entire layout for one person was great, no complaints on my end. Check in was also very brief and easy, Jeffrey was very flexible with check in times which I have not always had the best luck with before. Only thing I think is a slight setback (which again, has nothing to do with the property itself) is its location up on a hill. If you plan on doing anything within walking distance, get ready to walk up the steep hill and steps this property has. I would recommend taking a Lyft/Uber if going out in the nearby area. Other comments include the proximity to the LA metro towards Union Station or Pasadena, if you are traveling on public transportation like I was.

Great quiet location and very comfortable! Took us a few attempts to get used to the keypad for the door though.

Bao and family were kind and considerate - they were especially understanding about my check-in, and I'm so grateful! Room was spotless.

I’m a local to the area and this location is perfect, it’s on a peaceful quiet street and up on a hill with a nice view for sunset. Highly recommend if you want to enjoy a sunset on the patio or spend time working remotely, it’s a special spot. The stairs to the unit are public stairs (steep, concrete stairs) and more of a hike than expected, would not recommend for someone with any injuries or concerns with flights of stairs. Not the most kid friendly.

Amazing! Our stay at Diane’s place was nothing short of a blessing. We needed some flexibility on the back end of our trip and she was so accommodating. The Garottage was super comfortable, we felt safe and right at home. 10/10!

Dan's place is a gem. Absolutely a great find. This was my first time in LA so I wasn't sure what to expect. We were welcomed with a bowl of melons. Much needed on a nice summer day. Thanks, Dan! The room is spacious and very comfortable. Loved open windows as we get light breeze throughout the day. We didn't explore much in this neighborhood. We drove to other places. WiFi worked great for my work. Overall, we had a great time. I am definitely going to look for this place when I come back to LA next time.

Talia’s place is in a great location just a few blocks from many things on Ventura Blvd. It is very close driving distance to Griffith Observatory, Universal Studios and 6 Flags. At night the place was quiet and we slept well. It was also a very pretty area with the purple jacarandas in bloom all over the neighborhood. It was just the place we needed for our stay in the LA area.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment is beautiful and we felt comfortable right from the beginning! Parking was super easy at all times, getting inside worked out without any problems and the place felt really private because of the separate entrance. Teresa is a kind and supportive host and always responding fast! We would definitely stay here again :)

Beautiful place . We had a wonderful stay. Very helpful instructions for us to check in. The perfect spot for us to have a quiet evening with our pup. We appreciated the space. It was all as described. We will stay there again if we are in the Malibu area.

We had a really great stay at Myrna & Bruce’s place! It was a hot few days, but the AC unit was up to the challenge thankfully. We loved the private quiet neighborhood, and the easy access to everything we had to do in North Hills, Malibu, and Westlake Village. The hosts were quick to respond to a few questions I had, also I must mention how clean the place was, and how lovely and plush the towels all were. Would stay again! Thank you.

Thank you Mic for your warm welcome to your beautiful place. The house was clean and everything was ready perfectly for our stay. The patio is very nice to sit there to eat or chat or relax, with all green trees and vegetations surrounding you. Comfortable bed and sofa. The neighborhood is quiet. We had good night sleep. Very good experience. Mic is very nice and friendly. Would come back again.

Loved staying here. We could walk to many great restaurants, shops and Silver Lake Reservoir. Very peaceful retreat from the city but with easy access.

I really enjoyed the location of this property. It was close to everything you could want. It was convenient to get to and it also felt private. It was easy to get in and had plenty of parking on the street. Everything was clean and had a nice calm vibe. I'd definitely stay there again.
