Private Studio, 6 Doors to Beach

My nightly price remains $150, but has been adjusted up to cover 15.5% that Airbnb now requires hosts to pay. One room guest unit, w/kitchen*. Separate entrance, detached from home. 6 doors from the beach, 1 block from the Venice pier. Studio is 220 sq ft, efficient, usually quiet & comfortable for 1 or 2. Shower is tight. Queen 14" microfoam mattress. There is NO parking space. Parking can be hard to find- though no one has not found it! No smoking or vaping on the property, indoors or out.

Enjoy sun-drenched mornings from our quiet and cozy backyard retreat. Our casita was completed in 2021 and offers a large one-bedroom with a king size bed with 100% cotton sheets and down comforter, a large bathroom with a double sink vanity, full kitchen, and a living room. The backyard offers multiple seating opportunities for you to kick up your feet and relax after a long day of exploring.
