Pamela’s Airbnb was perfect for our mother-daughter trip to Venice! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from charming cafes, beautiful canals, and all the sights we wanted to explore. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and felt incredibly safe and welcoming. Pamela was a kind and thoughtful host, ensuring we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

The accommodation is very nicely located, you are within 15 minutes by bus in Venice, which stops virtually in front of the door, also the airport is very quick to reach. The accommodation is quietly located, very new and clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. The hosts are very friendly and help you quickly if you have any questions or concerns. We highly recommend the place.

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

Absolutely magical, a perfect Venice stay! Isabella and Patrizia’s place is nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we booked, Isabella went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and unforgettable. She proactively arranged our entry permits, a personal water taxi from the airport, and even secured dinner reservations for each night of our stay, all before we even arrived. What truly sets this home apart are the thoughtful, personal touches and Isabella’s incredible warmth. She stayed in constant communication and personally greeted us with such kindness and care. It instantly felt like we were in the best hands. The home itself is stunning. It’s beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and perfectly located for exploring Venice. This charming location was better than anticipated! Location was perfect!…away from the large crowds, close to the water for walks, great restaurants and atmosphere, neighborhood feel, felt extremely safe for a mother-daughter trip!

Eleonora's house is small, but the spaces are very well organized and there are two nice balconies to have breakfast outside and to hang things out after the beach, which expand the space available. But the real advantage is being directly on the sea. In 2 minutes you are on the beach, Eleonora provided us with an umbrella and two sun loungers on the adjacent beach, which is no small thing!! At the same time, 50 meters from the building, there is the street with all the restaurants and bars, and right nearby, there is a supermarket. In short, the ideal is to park your car in the reserved place under the building and get anywhere on foot. For a few days of real relaxation, it's perfect!!

Fantastic. Close to everything. Restaurants, small supermarket, small merchants, tours, vaporetto …. Very quiet apartment. The osteria has a terrace and you can see it from the bedroom. It can be a little noisy but at bedtime it closes so no worries. This restaurant is also very good and the owner is very friendly. Very well-equipped apartment, good bedding, impeccable linens and in good quantity. Exceptional location because it's close to everything. Really a little gem.

Paolo is a Top 1% host and it's not by chance. I was lucky enough to find his apartment for my dates when visiting Venice. Right from the booking, Paolo had great communication and was available to answer any questions right away. He provided clear instructions about the city regulations, checkin experience and details of the city to get us started. He was kind enough to pick us up, escorted us to the apartment and waited for us to get stuff for checkin. Venice checkin can tricky to navigate if it is your first time. Without Paolo's help we would've felt lost for sure. He also helped us with our laundry and returned it the next day perfectly. Guidecca is a peaceful part of Venice but has restaurants and grocery store just a few steps away. The house is much better than pics and an amazing abode for a few days. Rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well stocked Overall Paolo and his family is what Airbnb is all about. Kind, generous and attentive hosts that make your trips memorable.

This place was perfect for our one night stay before flying out of the Venice airport. The 2nd upstairs bedroom w/bunks did not have A/C (was hot) and only had 2 single bunks on the bunk bed not a queen bed as described. Windows had full black out shades and the main upstairs bedroom and downstairs bedroom were very comfortable. We could have walked to the airport, but with 6 people (2 kids) we got a taxi instead. Neighborhood was very quiet. Host provided some snacks and coffee which was really nice. The house was conveniently located next to a bus stop that we used to get down to the island and back. Host was very pleasant and helped us arrange a taxi to the airport (although they were late...) I'd stay again.
