In a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde is our cozy studio. The studio is equipped with all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days, there is a fireplace. There is WiFi, and you can park your car with us. And outside is your own terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

La casa Maïtéña is a disconnected house, from the 80s, of 130m2. 4500m2 of unfenced land located in the countryside (11km from the beach and 3km from the city center). Lovers of nature, you can observe ducks, goats, dogs of breeds (one of them living on the property) but also wild animals such as deer and deer (discretion is required to be able to enjoy it). The sofa bed is not usable. We have chosen to reduce the cost of renting and to trust our guests to make the house as clean as they found it on arrival. Otherwise, €200 will be deducted from the security deposit.
