Very nice house ideally located in Carcans Plage, a short walk to the beach and shops, with both a garden lounge and a large outdoor table to enjoy the sun. Thierry is very nice and welcoming, go without hesitation!

Very cute little town apartment, really close to the center and a short walk to the beach. The added bonus is the pleasant terrace with curtains to shelter from the sun. We had a pleasant stay and the host responds very quickly

Very nice, well-lit apartment, in the very center of Royan (we were happy to be there when the weather was gloomy! It was convenient). Easy to park nearby in April. Well-equipped apartment and very nice bathroom. The spare key is always appreciated in the absence of a key box. Very nice host.

We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

Carle took care of us by making sure to keep the studio cool for our arrival. Functional studio with a terrace for lunch with sea views. We had a nice weekend between walking and swimming.

We had a very pleasant stay, Celine gave us all the instructions and information in advance, very pleasant communication. The house is very cozy, perfect for us 4 (2 adults and 2 small children). Ideal location 5min from Lacanu beach, quiet and green under the pine trees. Recommended!

We had a fantastic vacation with our two young kids. The accommodation really has everything for a super comfortable and laidback stay as a family. From outdoor kitchen to swimming pool, hammock and quiet, dark bedrooms. Everything is present. With the sea, the lake and the forests within walking and cycling distance for us a perfect location for balance in terms of peace and activity. We recommend this! Perfectly functional accommodation for a small family with small children, with clear instructions, good basic equipment, an ideal setting of a residence in the shade under pine trees with services offered, and ideally located between the lake and the ocean. Highly responsive host and good communication. I highly recommend it, and we will come back as soon as the opportunity arises again.

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. On the balcony, you can sit and enjoy the sea. Check-in/check-out went very smoothly. The apartment complex is right on the beach, restaurants, supermarket etc. are close by within walking distance. We had a nice stay and would recommend it to others.

Superb hosting, beautiful rustic cabin 300 m from the beach, which is not very busy as it is rather distant from the more urban area. Only regret the pool doesn't work and it's not very clear in the listing that the property is located in a shared garden on Alex's property. I will be back with great pleasure!

The house is spacious and charming. A peaceful haven in a green setting a short walk to the village and the beach. The terrace is lovely and we had a lovely stay. We would highly recommend it.

Very pleasant stay with friends. The cottage is as described and as shown in the photos. The sofa bed is quite comfortable for a 3rd person and the outdoor space is a real plus. Located about a 20-minute walk to the train station and city center, pleasant walk as a pedestrian. The nearest beach is just a few minutes' walk away, with access to the beautiful terrace of Café Baine. Valerie was super responsive and very friendly. Thank you for everything 🙏

We had a great time at Laurent's who is a great host. He welcomed us on site and was very responsive whenever we asked him. The sunsets are beautiful and the apartment is ideal for admiring them.
