The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and the 6000 square meter property borders on a fairytale forest with 3 sides, centrally located in Carinthia and only about 3 kilometers from Velden am Wörthersee. In the house, there are 2 residential units, each with a parking space. TOP:2 is a small completely self-contained apartment, which is built over an outside staircase. This includes a beautiful, spacious bedroom, a small kitchen and bathroom that is used on your own.

Vacation on the sunny side of the Carinthian Rose Valley. Small but fine vacation home with separate entrance for 2 people. The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

Studio Ahoi

Studio Ahoi is one of three apartments in our guest house. Quietly located, it is within walking distance of the town center and Lake Wörthersee. The studio is about 25 m² and can accommodate 2 people with a double bed, kitchen and balcony. The eclectic mix of maritime theme, antique furniture and modern art make the studio truly special. Our bar for coffee and drinks is located on the first floor. The large garden is available for all our guests.

The air-conditioned apartment is located in a quiet area in Villach Warmbad. In the immediate vicinity of the spa park, the area invites you to walks and hiking tours. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a former family hotel. A lift is available. Above the balcony is an electronically operated awning. In the living room you can relax either with a movie from our selection or with Netflix. Our surround system ensures good sound.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Unsere neu renovierte und sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung am Kirchplatz ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die einen erholsamen Aufenthalt gewährleisten. Eine wunderschön eingerichtetes intimes Paradies mit Fernblick im ersten Stock für einen romantischen Aufenthalt. Von hier aus kann vom Einkauf über den Besuch von Kaffeehäusern und Restaurants bis zum Baden alles zu Fuß unternommen werden.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
