Litet hus, fantastiskt havsutsikt!

Bo i vårt trevliga lilla hus, nära storstad med idyllisk skärgårdskänsla. Här bor ni högt och insynsskyddat, storslagen utsikt mot Stockholms inlopp med båtar & kryssningsfartyg. Huset är äldre men charmigt. Kuperat område, bil rekommenderas. Uteplats vätter mot vattnet, här finns liten gräsyta med lekstuga & studsmatta för barn. I området finns badplats, natur, mataffär, buss i centrum 2km. Njut av ljud från båttrafik inpå husknuten & magiska solnedgångar när solen väl är framme. Välkomna!

With a bridge connection, it takes less than an hour by car/bus from Vindö to central Stockholm. Main building features two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a charming glass veranda with a dining table. Decks facing southwest and east. Additionally, two newly built guesthouses offer two beds each and private sun decks. Air conditioning is available in all buildings.

Ett modernt, välplanerat och välutrustat hus (från 2021) i två plan (38kvm) med havet utanför. Magisk utsikt genom generösa fönsterpartier i söderläge. Stor terass med tak och grill. Genomgående naturmaterial i avskalad nordisk stil som suddar ut gränsen mellan ute och inne. Huset ligger avskilt på sjötomt på ön Tranholmen - en bilfri idyll som skiljs med ett smalt sund från Norra Djurgården och Stocksund. Ön nås med färja (8 min) från Ropsten där tunnelbanan går. Vintertid gångbro till ön.

Sjöstuga 10 meter från havet vid Stockholms inlopp

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).

Cosy little house by the sea close to Stockholm

Cosy little house on large property only 300m from a small sandy beach and 30 min drive into central Stockholm. You can partly see the sea from the house and as we are situated by the waterway into Stockholm you can see the ferries going by. Completely renovated in 2012 with new kitchen and bathroom and all-year-round isolation and heating. Continuously updated and partly new furniture in 2022. Come stay in the archipelago but enjoy the convenience of being on the mainland!

Huset ligger på hyresvärdens 3000 kvm tomt med söderläge där du ser soluppgången över havsviken. Med ca 100 m till områdets egen sandstrand och badbrygga har du badrocksavstånd till ett dopp i havet!

Mysig liten stuga i Stavsnäs by. Nära till natur.

Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, mysiga boende. Bara tre minuter bort finns strand och hav. Promenera runt i byn och stanna eventuellt på det lokala bageriet. Huset har allting man behöver för att kunna bo i det året om. Det går bra att parkera intill huset. Man kan även ta en direktbuss från Slussen som tar ca 50 min. Därifrån är det bara en fem minuters promenad. Där bussen stannar finns även en Ica. För mer information om boendet, tveka inte och skriv :)
