The residence is located idyllically at Hästhagsvägen on Resarö/Vaxholm with a short walk (100 meters) down to the pier and boat place. Patio in the west with evening sun. Timed sauna with a lot of charm is available to book on the plot. The jetty you can swim from with stunning evening sun. Municipal water and sewage. Water toilet and shower. Undisturbed idyllic location with lake view. Road all the way to the front and own driveway. 100 meters to the bus.

Resarö is located in the municipality of Vaxholm, which is also called the archipelago capital. One advantage is that Resarö has a real road to the mainland, i.e. you can go by car, bus or bike without the need of a ferry. Communication to Stockholm and Vaxholm City is good, there are buses almost 24 hours. If you are coming from Arlanda Airport (ARN), it takes about 45 minutes by taxi. Nestled in a lush garden with animals, nature, and ocean into the knot. The bathing pier in the Baltic Sea is about 200 meters from the house.

A couple of minutes walk will take you to Velamsund's nature reserve with running tracks, riding school, restaurant, outdoor space and swimming area. Walk 15-20 minutes to the ferry that takes you out in the archipelago or to Stockholm city. A rowing boat is available for you.

Small house with loft. 25 min from Stockholm

Cosy and fresh cabin just to the east of Stockholm. The cabin is situated in the beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Very quiet and peaceful all year around. 3min walk down a path there’s a small beach and the ocean. 10min walk further you have a beautiful lake and bathing place. Some weeks during busy summertime the creperie there is open. By car you reach Stockholm city within 25 min Bus 40 min. In other words: its a lovely place to stay in!
