Unique architect-designed house in the Stockholm Archipelago, located 35 minutes from Stockholm City. You can get to the house by car, bus or boat. Possibility of a berth can be arranged. The accommodation offers all the comforts and is something for the bon vivant. The house was built in 2015 but has only been used for three years and is therefore perceived as completely new. 150 meters to the nearest swimming area. There are 3 additional swimming areas on the island. The island has a steamboat jetty where you can go with Vaxholm's boats into Stockholm. Warm welcome!

On the roof there is a sauna, outdoor shower, tables & chairs. For the children, there is a trampoline, pool, ping pong table and a soccer field. 5 minutes from the property is Riset's boat dock with transport to the city and Waxholm. Natural, consistently sustainable material choices that invite both children and dogs. Possible to rent our boat (smaller steering console) for SEK 1000/day.

The guest house is about 35 sqm. There is a 180 cm double bed and a 140 cm sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped.
