Unique architect designed house in the Stockholm Archipelago, located 35 minutes from Stockholm City. You can get to the house by car, bus or boat. Possibility of a boat place can be arranged. The property offers all the amenities and is something for the enjoyment of life. The house is built 2015 but has only been used for three years and is therefore perceived as brand new. 150 meters to the nearest swimming area. Additional 3 swimming areas available at the island. The island has a steamboat jetty where you can go with the Vaxholm boats into Stockholm. Warm welcome!

30 minutes from Stockholm city by car. The house is great for the family who want to hang out and enjoy the tranquility and at the same time be close to the mainland. Tynningö is a nice green island that you will find only 30 minutes drive from Stockholm city or 10 minutes by boat from Vaxholm. On Tynningö there is everything that belongs to the holidays; swimming areas, walking paths/paths, viewpoints, barbecue areas, tennis court, paddle court, gardens with grazing animals, glass kiosk and an unmanned grocery store. Free car ferry about 2/Hour

A fantastic home built by the owner. Large pool, nice surroundings, many outdoor environments and close to the sea and nature. The house has plenty of social areas. On the roof there is a sauna, outdoor shower, table & chairs. For the children, there is a trampoline, pool, ping-pong table and a football field. 5 min from the plot, there is Risets boat dock with transport to town and Waxholm. Natural consistently sustainable material choices that invite both baby and dog. Possible to rent our boat (less steering pulp) for SEK 1,000/day.

Welcome to our lovely villa on Resarö in the Stockholm archipelago. The house is privately situated with a great view and fantastic sunny position. Quiet location on a small cul-de-sac. Enjoy the proximity to the sea, the heated pool (may to september) and the wood-fired sauna. Close to bathing spots, Vaxholm and Stockholm. Walking distance to a grocery store and to bus/boat stop for travel to Stockholm/Vaxholm/archipelago. Distance to Stockholm approx. 30 min by car or 45 min by bus.
