The house was built in 2015 but has only been used for three years and is therefore perceived as completely new. 150 meters to the nearest swimming area. On the roof there is a sauna, outdoor shower, tables & chairs. For the children, there is a trampoline, pool, ping pong table and a soccer field. 5 minutes from the property is Riset's boat dock with transport to the city and Waxholm. With the forest around the corner and the sea just below, as well as a nature reserve and a beach only about 500 meters away, there are fantastic opportunities for all kinds of nature experiences. The guest house is a separate building and completely private. There is a pool on site. It's only about 30 minutes by car to central Stockholm. There are bus and boat connections as well. The guest house is about 35 sqm. There is a 180 cm double bed and a 140 cm sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped.
