For all shopping addicted: in few minutes you can reach Via Cola di Rienzo, one of Rome’s most famous streets for shopping! If you want to move with the subway, with only few stops you will reach Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, where you will see the amazing Trinità dei Monti steps; then, at the Barberini stop, you will find the Trevi Fountain and at the Repubblica stop, the famous Teatro dell’Opera. The B&B is located in Rome, 10 minutes from St. Peter's Square, metro A Ottaviano, Lepanto and P.le Clodio bus station. Located on a quiet street and in a quiet building, located on the first floor. Double room with private bathroom adjacent to the room. The room has new furnishings, heating, balcony, TV, minibar and Wi-Fi, surrounded by admirable and characteristic original Venetian floors and plaster beam ceilings typical of Roman houses of the past.

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.
