For all shopping addicted: in few minutes you can reach Via Cola di Rienzo, one of Rome’s most famous streets for shopping! If you want to move with the subway, with only few stops you will reach Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, where you will see the amazing Trinità dei Monti steps; then, at the Barberini stop, you will find the Trevi Fountain and at the Repubblica stop, the famous Teatro dell’Opera. Peach, my little Maltese, and I will host you in a private annex with access from a quiet garden that is sheltered from the noise of the street. Many guests experience it as a small, secret corner for relaxation in the heart of the Flaminio neighborhood. The space is compact, independent, and designed for two people, away from the chaos of the historic center but well connected well. The modern design and cozy atmosphere make it more like a small contemporary studio than a traditional apartment.

You will have a comfortable room with a double bed, private bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. You can enjoy a drink on your small, exclusive-use balcony. You will have free wi-fi, smart TV and air conditioning. The B&B is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. Breakfast is included with packaged products and drinks (according to regional B&B law).

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.
