The hostess is extremely polite and helpful. The house is very spacious. The property has lots of vegetation and has a great farm/ranch structure. It has a playroom for children. All travelers felt comfortable. I advise you to bring plenty of food to cook in the house and enjoy the peace of the place. There is a supermarket nearby. I thank Isabel for all her efforts.

I was impressed by her willingness to meet our requests and make our experience even better. I highly recommend it for those looking for a quiet retreat, with quality service. House matches the listing, the pool is very beautiful, it's a pity the cold weather did not let us enjoy it, but it was very clean, the surroundings very quiet, a safe street, the host responded quickly and was always very available to help, house close to local tourist spots! We went as 4 adults and a baby and we were very comfortable! We will definitely stay there again on another trip to the city!

One of the great highlights is the waterfall that crosses the terrain, a spectacle of nature that makes the environment even more magical. Sleeping to the sound of running water and being able to enjoy moments of rest surrounded by nature was an experience we will not forget. We felt totally at home, with comfort, cleanliness and that pleasant feeling of well-being. Sanderson was impeccable in his hospitality.

The house is super cozy, you feel at home, tranquility around, nature, close to the center. Ilara was super communicative and we were also greeted with coffee and cake, which gave a charm. There is lawn space and our 2 puppies were super comfortable, no doubt I will return.

The property is extremely clean, airy, beautiful, exactly as in the listing, the kitchen has utensils and appliances that make the stay easier. The apartment has a lot of personality, it is new and comfortable. I will point out just one detail, which is not a criticism of the property, as I understand that it is about preserving the aesthetics, but I DID NOT pay attention to the photos and maybe other people won't pay attention, just like me. The apartment is on the fourth floor, and even has an incredible view of the forest, but for those with children it is necessary to be very careful because the windows do not have a safety net. Our stay was extremely peaceful and satisfying. Thank you 🙏🏽

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, it accommodated me, my husband and my 1.5 year old baby very well. Everything is extremely clean, the bed and bath linens are so fragrant!!!! Perfect location, we did everything on foot even with my baby, almost next door there is a good bakery for breakfast and downstairs there is a great pizzeria, super approved pizza! And despite having an establishment downstairs, the apartment is super quiet, we don't hear anything from the street, very quiet. We left the car on the street of the police station, which is almost in front of the entrance of the building, and it is also very quiet. Beatriz, a dear, answered everything with attention, clarity and sympathy, always very fast! Definitely when we get back we already know where to stay! I highly recommend it!!!!

The studio is very well located and the stay was very pleasant. The space is well-equipped, with cookware and a well-planned and functional internal structure. The only point of attention was the bedding: it had some stains from use and did not smell clean, which caused a slight discomfort. I would stay again, but I would take these items for greater peace of mind during the stay.

Location is amazing, the best option for those who want to stay close to 16 de Março and walk around the city. We were able to walk to the museum, the crystal palace, Rua Tereza, bars and restaurants, and it was the ideal stay for those who want to have access to everything without needing a car or app. The apartment is a gem, everything is organized, clean and has what is needed. The shower could be better, for those who like hot water you have to open it a little, but nothing that negatively influences my experience. I would definitely go back there again, I highly recommend it for a two-person stay!

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.
