The hostess is extremely polite and helpful. The house is very spacious. The property has lots of vegetation and has a great farm/ranch structure. It has a playroom for children. All travelers felt comfortable. I advise you to bring plenty of food to cook in the house and enjoy the peace of the place. There is a supermarket nearby. I thank Isabel for all her efforts.

The house is very large and extremely clean. It is in a high place and has a very beautiful view. If you're hosting in winter, bring some nice warm blankets! Carol and Roberta were very helpful. We hope to return at another time.

House matches the listing, the pool is very beautiful, it's a pity the cold weather did not let us enjoy it, but it was very clean, the surroundings very quiet, a safe street, the host responded quickly and was always very available to help, house close to local tourist spots! We went as 4 adults and a baby and we were very comfortable! We will definitely stay there again on another trip to the city!

All necessary utensils available. The only bad thing is that there's nothing nearby. And it's far from the center of Miguel Pereira, which was my goal. But if it weren't for the distance, or if the person is going to rest, it will be a 100% perfect trip! I highly recommend it!

Our experience, both mine and my partner's, was simply wonderful. From the first contact, Sanderson proved to be an extremely polite, attentive and helpful host, always available to help us and concerned with ensuring that our stay was perfect. The place is a true haven. A simple space, but one that wins you over with its hospitality, impeccable organization and an atmosphere of peace that is difficult to describe. One of the great highlights is the waterfall that crosses the terrain, a spectacle of nature that makes the environment even more magical. Sleeping to the sound of running water and being able to enjoy moments of rest surrounded by nature was an experience we will not forget. We felt totally at home, with comfort, cleanliness and that pleasant feeling of well-being. Sanderson was impeccable in his hospitality.

I really liked Fazenda Nova Conceição, a very good place to stay in peace and tranquility with nature. Super attentive and very polite Reginaldo e Célia. The simple but very good house to spend the time, great bed, perfect wifi and the kitchen has it all. We use the barbecue, enjoy the place, with swimming pool, lake and trail. Reginaldo offered us lemon and tangerine from the trees there. We really like it. We'll be back for sure.

Quiet Local, large house as described on the listing. Cool outdoor area with court, soccer field, swimming pool and sauna. Kitchen with worn-out appliances, but catering. The house is old and needs some maintenance. But my family spent super pleasant days in this house, with lots of fun and joy. Improved points: repair the fence of the vollei court, upgrade the appliances, offer bedding and pillows ( even if optional).

The accommodation was excellent, we really felt at home, the house has an excellent space with everything very organized and clean, we like the external space very much, where our pets could play without problems in very well surrounded space, outside the place to be very quiet, see nature, listen to the sound of the wind at the end of the day, it was very relaxing for me and my wife, for those who like quiet places, it is an excellent choice!! On the inside the house is also very comfortable, having a good well-equipped kitchen, tv in the living room and in the bedroom, excellent bathroom with a hot shower!! I have nothing to complain about and we will definitely return at a new opportunity, the cities of Paty and Miguel are very interesting and yield good days of rest and enjoyment!! Marciele received us very well and made us very comfortable, in addition to having a memory that we like very much! It was a great holiday!

It was an excellent stay, in a wonderful condominium, the host Priscila was always attentive, explained everything very well, the house was very clean and organized, it perfectly accommodates the number of people that is allowed, I highly recommend it.

We went with 16 people and everyone was well accommodated in the 8 suites! We went to enjoy the tomato festival, but the highlight was the ranch... haha Perfect stay! Everything super clean and organized! The place is exactly as the listing! Everything was working: (toto, pool, barbecue.... and we will highlight the showers of the suite.. sensational....) Oops... I can't forget the lake... We have a little boat that we use and take several photos.... The children were thrilled to be able to fish in the lake... Just gratitude!!

Very quiet location, excellent for those who like to isolate themselves, because the telephone signal does not reach there, only Wi-Fi, the access road is dirt road, around 3.5 km away, but quiet access. If you're looking for a place to rest and get closer to nature, Luiz's site is a good choice. I went with my family to spend the Easter period and it was very satisfying. No phone signal will reach you. But the internet is very good and it accounted for the need for work that accompanied me on this trip. The house has a beautiful and huge outdoor area. There are independent accesses to different points of the space. The fully equipped kitchens made it easy because we didn't go out to explore the region. The rooms are not large, but it wasn't something that got in the way. We were unable to use the pool due to low temperature. The place is perfect for those traveling with pets. My SRD loved. We only miss a TV in the bedroom area. There is only that of the dining room and for large groups, difficult to reconcile everyone's desire. In addition, we took two days of rain, and it was bad to have to ‘get out’ to have this leisure. And it is worth highlighting Márcia e Biro, extremely considerate and kind!

Simply perfect! My experience in this cottage was surreal, it exceeded all expectations. The house is extremely cozy, super well-equipped — there is absolutely nothing missing. You can see the affection and care in every detail. Everything is very clean, organized, and thought out to make the stay impeccable. The environment is completely private, quiet and surrounded by nature. The peace that this place conveys is indescribable. You don't even realize there are neighbors around, such is the privacy. And the view… I swear, it's breathtaking. One of the most beautiful landscapes I've ever seen in my life, and I've traveled a lot. It's the kind of scenery you never tire of admiring — whether at sunrise, sunset, or simply relaxing and looking out. It was an amazing experience, Murilo is a 10, very special and that will surely remain in the memory. I already left wanting to come back! I highly recommend it for those seeking rest, connection with nature, comfort and privacy.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, it accommodated me, my husband and my 1.5 year old baby very well. Everything is extremely clean, the bed and bath linens are so fragrant!!!! Perfect location, we did everything on foot even with my baby, almost next door there is a good bakery for breakfast and downstairs there is a great pizzeria, super approved pizza! And despite having an establishment downstairs, the apartment is super quiet, we don't hear anything from the street, very quiet. We left the car on the street of the police station, which is almost in front of the entrance of the building, and it is also very quiet. Beatriz, a dear, answered everything with attention, clarity and sympathy, always very fast! Definitely when we get back we already know where to stay! I highly recommend it!!!!

The Limoeiros site located in the middle of nature provides peace and privacy. A true harmonious refuge, which provides a unique experience. I loved the place! The house had everything, even a pressure cooker. It was clean, organized and very well decorated. Very cozy. We used all the rooms in the house. We left the car on the street and had no problems or fear. The barbecue is next to the pool and has a beautiful sunset. We spend more time at home than on the street because we like it so much. The space has gates for pets and a space just for them. It was very worth it!!!

Great experience! Clean, cozy apartment, close to downtown. We were able to do everything on foot and Victor is super friendly and quick to respond. We love it! We'll stay more often!

The house is super cozy, you feel at home, tranquility around, nature, close to the center. Ilara was super communicative and we were also greeted with coffee and cake, which gave a charm. There is lawn space and our 2 puppies were super comfortable, no doubt I will return.
