Grandma Regina is extremely nice. We were able to check in early without any problems and she even offered to delay the check-out because there were no guests. We were greeted with a wonderful orange cake and chocolates! The house is spacious and extremely clean. The shower is very hot and with plenty of water, wonderful. The beds are soft. The location is excellent, you can walk to Lake Javary! She provides two bicycles. The house is extremely quiet and from the pool you can see Maria Fumaça passing by. She left extra pillows and blankets in the bedroom. Equipped kitchen and large TV. Everything was perfect and I will definitely come back because there was a lot to see in Miguel Pereira and Paty.

Great house. Beautiful and cozy. We went to 16 people and accommodated everyone. We love the site and the animals. We made our Christmas Supper on the back of the house and it was amazing. The only problem we had was that on the first day we ran out of light because it had a wind and a tree fell on the wire, but it didn't bother us at all. We played family fun and it was great.

The stay was excellent, my family and I felt at home, quiet and welcoming environment, easy access, helpful instructions, exuberant nature and a lot of tranquility.

According to what we needed, a new house, very clean, well stocked with utensils, appliances and bed and bath linens. Beautiful view. Juliana responds quickly and always asks. He was flexible about the schedules, because of my daughter's exams at Cederj. Alias is just 8 minutes from the house by car. Very close to Lake Javary, with its beauty. I recommend it. Fair price.

It is an extremely cozy retreat in the midst of nature, but very close to attractions in the city Talles is very kind and makes sure everything is tidy for a good stay. I highly recommend it.

We were in a group of 18 people to spend Christmas and we all had an excellent experience at the site. Communication with Joana is quick and clear. The staff are polite and we'd like to highlight Mr. Edson, who welcomed us very warmly and was very kind with the activities. The facilities of the site are great, the gourmet area is a star apart, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen with all the utensils. We all had a wonderful time! The rain makes the journey a little difficult because it is still on the ground, with some holes in the road, but we managed by driving carefully. I suggest having a popcorn maker, we took ours, for rainy days and a movie at night and it was a success!!

Anditrião João was from the start super accessible. The Property is spectacular! Cozy local area with quiet access by car. We were in a large group and all well accommodated. Well-equipped house. Actually, I thought that live the house and the outside area are better than in the photos. Wonderful and very happy weekend. Record that the cook Rosa, the assistant Stephanie and the janitor Mineiro, represented all the difference during the stay. I really liked Fazenda Nova Conceição, a very good place to stay in peace and tranquility with nature. Super attentive and very polite Reginaldo e Célia. The simple but very good house to spend the time, great bed, perfect wifi and the kitchen has it all. We use the barbecue, enjoy the place, with swimming pool, lake and trail. Reginaldo offered us lemon and tangerine from the trees there. We really like it. We'll be back for sure.

What a wonderful place! Mr. Gilberto and his son Felipe are great hosts! The canto do sabiá is a wonderful place, contact with nature, the chalet we stayed in is well cared for, clean, and the ranch is a spectacle in itself, with a wonderful waterfall passing through the property that leaves us breathless! Everything was wonderful, I didn't even want to leave! A place for you to go and enjoy the fresh air and contact with nature! I'm leaving with lemon and tangerine grown on the farm by Mr. Gilberto and eggs that he himself gets from his chicken coop, all wonderful! I hope to be able to return soon and spend more days, as it was too little to enjoy all the peace and hospitality that was provided to us, I have not spent such a wonderful time as this, what a place, what a beauty, what care! I wish all the best to Mr. Gilberto and his son Felipe, who welcomed us and made us feel so at home. Felipe even took us to the traditional tomato festival.

The farm is in great condition, it is very beautiful and cozy and it looks like you are immersed in a period series😍! Everything is very beautiful, wonderful pool and sauna and amazing surroundings. Second time at Sítio 5 Irmãos. The family loved it, nothing but praise: organization, cleanliness, silence, peace and the legitimate contact with nature, where the air is purer and life seems to pass more slowly. Maria Letícia was an excellent host, kind, proactive, empathetic and responding quickly to demands. The caretaker Zezinho is also a great person, accessible, courteous and polite, always ready to meet the requests of urban people. Zezinho and Maria Letícia are top notch! A super nice family experience! We love it!!!!
