Unique location on a large plot by the sea with two houses, privat located in Stockholm archipelago. The houses are connected by wooden deck, all rooms with seaview and terracedoors. Large kitchen fully equipped with dining for 6-8 persons. 50 m to privat jetty. 4 bedrooms with privat entrance. Outdoors shower and separata house for longdrop toilet (TC). A small rowboat is included and you can rent a smaller motorboat. You can rent sheets and towels. 15 min. walk to ferry to Stockholm.

It's 20 minutes to Stockholm city and yet close to both the archipelago, Velamsund nature reserve, a beach close by and a swim-friendly lake one minute's walk from the house. There are plenty of toys, a crib, kids’ chairs and a playground with swings, a slide, a playhouse and a trampoline in the garden.

From the many outside terraces where you can relax have a drink or cook dinner on the BBQ with a sea view. In the winter you have a fireplace and a sauna, and a nice big bathtub.
