A sun spot out of the ordinary and with a great view of Baggensfjärden. Newly renovated villa with large terrace for sun and private hangers with room for many. Here you can enjoy cliff baths and beautiful sunsets. Swimming dock available 50 m from the house. The villa has three bedrooms with double beds, three bathrooms, large kitchen with all facilities and a cozy living room.

Suitable for events, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house must be included in the booking, there is no price difference whether you stay overnight or not. The house breathes love for nature and is located on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago, which mostly consists of nature reserves. There are no cars or noise, just wild berries and wild animals. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to wood-burning stove, wood-fired sauna, 2 Sea Kayaks (K1) and 2 Mountain bikes (All included in the rent).

Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.
